The property was at a super location , the view was beautiful more than 10. The owner was very nice and helped us with everything. Close to the beach.

Quiet location with everything you need available. Lovely pool and great to have laundry and kitchen facilities after being on the road for over a week.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The pool was clean, well-maintained, and a great place to relax. The breakfast was delicious, and we also enjoyed the tasty food offered by the hotel. Another big advantage is the convenient location close to the train station, making it easy to explore the area. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The breakfast was excellent. La signora Napoli and her family were very pleasant and kind. They were exceptionally willing to give me rides to various places in town, so that I didn't have to go up and down the hill so much.

Real Review: Santa Maria at Capo Vaticano is a small self contained beautiful beach town the town has centered around a small piazza which is right on the beach this hotel is located above a very good seafood restaurant by the same name. the same owner owns both and breakfast is actually served in the restaurant... the piazza has three restaurants 2 bars a couple of small shops for souvenir items and snorkeling gear the piazza is very lively at night and there is a very good and very inexpensive charter boat excursion company that leaves from the beach in front of the hotel. for a very small fee, you can do a 3 hour tour of 5 beaches complete with Proseco. The food in the restaurant is spectacular, the services is great, and the hotel witha a 2nd floor balcont and a view of the piazza and the ocean is the ticket!! I would stay here again without hesitation.

1 — Lots of parking spots on closed secure parking 2 — The pool is beautiful, you can see the sunset directly from it, very enjoyable 3 — The in-house restaurant offers some superb dining at reasonable cost 4 — the staff had been very welcoming and eager to take a few extra steps to make sure that we love our stay 5 — took us 20-30 minutes to drive to Tropea, which is a real gem of Southern Italy

Everything was great – a beautifully equipped apartment with a lovely terrace and garden. We could use the pool at any time. The villa has its own section of the beach with sunbeds and umbrellas provided. The hosts were very kind and always available. We will definitely come back again 😊

Secluded but there's shuttle that takes you to the beach and they have a nice pool everything over looking the sea. Little bar and ice creams available while sunbathing by the pool. Restaurant walking distance but it's about a 30 minute walk each way

Great location in the peaceful beach of Coccorino, the room is very comfortable and quiet, easy drive to all different places, Antonio and his wife are amazing.

The apartment is comfortable, clean and well appointed. The view from the ample balcony is spectacular. The owner was friendly and kind. Beach at a walking distance, down hill.

Such a beautiful place!! Great amenities and the pool was fantastic!! The beach is perfection! Either a quick walk or a golf cart ride to get there!! A definite must stay!

Our family enjoyed a three bedroom appartment for one week. This property offers an excellent location for guests arriving with car. The whole property is a working agriculture, on a peacful peace of land in the nature, far enough from the crowda and parties on the shore, but near enough to reach some of the best beaches (e.g. Grotticelle, Tono...) with a 5-8 minutes driving. The property is clean and the guests from nearby appartments does not disturbe each other at all, you can enjoy the privacy. The house is clean and nice and its confort and appliances are minimal, but sufficient. When we needed any additional tools or help, the hosts solved it very quickly and kinldy. The comfort of the beds were not very good, at the beggining we were a bit affraid of that, but in the end it turned out not so bad after all as it first felt. For us, the load sounds of the not smoothly opening-closing doors and windows were a bit of an issue, but even that did not disturb us very much. In summary this property is excellent, with very kind and ready hosts, it offers unbeatable "value for money" balance, and you can get one step closer to the local way of living in a peaceful and friendly place.

The B&B is located right above the quiet restaurant, it has a stunning view of Stromboli and they have loads of parking space. The host is super nice, the rooms exceptionally clean, well equipped and spacious. You can also leave the car parked there if you want to go to the stunning beach side (moving the car is not essential if you can endure a short walk!)

The beat place that i stayed at in the area by far. The host was so nice and amazing and accommodating. The kitchen is great. The bedroom is huge. The mattress is super comfortable. The bathroom is huge. It is near the ocean with an amazing view and near markets.

The staff was lovely, really nice people. The place itself was beautiful - both the room and the location. And the beach was amazing! It was an all-around lovely experience.

We loved our stay here. Its a big countryside house in a wonderfull natural setting with subtropical vegitation, lemon and orange trees in the garden. The most important its in a peaceful area. In very tranquile zone of magic Capo Vaticano, nice to take a stroll around, lots of flowers, palm trees. If you come from the far north, as we it will be truly memorable experience. The flat has everything you need, you can cook your own food. The host Domenico speaks good English and was very kind to assist with any issue. Excellent wifi connection. The house is only 9 km away from world famous Tropea. There are many top beaches nearby Galticelli, Riaci, Spiaggia del Tono, all just a few minutes drive. Strategic location. Good to have rental car as we had (rented in Lamezia Terme airport) then you can buy fresh fruits by the roads. I recommend this place!

Our apartment was on the second floor of the building. it is a building of very careful construction, recently completed, with granite on the staircase and beautifully landscaped. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with nice clean white sheets, large rooms, large bathroom, airy, bright with two balconies with mountain and sea views. The aluminum on the balcony doors and windows were sturdy, with screens and the air conditioners were clean and maintained (no bad smell and no problems in their operation). The kitchen was very easy to use and fully equipped. As for the owners, Ms. Maria and Mr. Antonio, they are professionals with respect for the customer but also special people with love in their hearts and eyes. We have them in our hearts! Also try the fruit from their garden..the figs were great!

Great location, you can walk to the best possible beach. Excellent restaurant on the compound.
