Beach rentals in Ischia

Very nice place to stay. Clean apartments, 2 bathrooms, big guestroom.Nice terrace.The owner is very polite and always ready to help.Beach is in a 10-minute walk. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was amazing. Location, if you are willing to walk ofc, was close to Ischia porto and many food places and shops. Staff were absolutely amazing, very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic place to stay, Wonderful views, spotlessly clean, bright rooms, well stocked kitchen, fridge freezer. Francesco was a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble, he picked us up from the port and dropped us back down again at checkout. Would definitely come back and recommend.

We spent four unforgettable days at Villa Araucaria and it was nothing short of magical. The villa itself is spotless: spotlessly clean, beautifully designed and fully equipped to cook like at home. The views were also absolutely magical and can be enjoyed from several areas around the villa. The peace and quiet surrounding the house made it a perfect oasis to relax in. The pool is the cleanest we have ever seen and the lush garden is maintained daily and looks spotless every day. Carlo could not welcome us but Nausicaa management agency took care of us and made sure our stay was absolutely magical ❤️ We were a group of nine and everyone agreed that this is the best villa we have ever stayed in and we would happily return. Highly recommended!

The building and grounds were immaculate. The views were spectacular. Francesco who was our contact was always there and present to help and given advice.

Beautiful modern accommodation with private pool

Loved it all! A very nice couple that owned the place. The pool felt great to swim in. Very clean. They even let us keep our luggage for 5 hrs til we were ready to leave on the boat. It made our extra time till leaving much easier. Loved the cats too. I would so recommend staying here!!

The room was really cute and tidy, breakfast was delicious (great coffee, scrambled eggs, cheese and cold cuts, juice), staff was super friendly and helpful (one day I couldn't get inside the b&b and they assisted me promptly), and amazing location (great beach walking distance).

My room was clean, comfortable and modern. Location was also excellent. The staff were extremely helpful, and the cost was very reasonable. I was travelling alone but I would recommend to everyone visiting the beautiful island of Ischia

The ABSOLUTE BEST stay in Europe so far, great host, perfect location, lots and lots of space for storage/clothes. The apartment was very spacious and didn't feel like anything we had experienced in Europe so far: large living room, large bedroom 2!!! Bathrooms, with master bathroom having ample space in the shower, with two extra shower heads for rinsing that was extra beneficial with our two young boys. Minutes away from the beach, grocery store and restaurants, perfect location for the cost, kitchen had everything needed if dining out was not an option, A/C in the house was throughout with 3 separate units. Above all - host was SUPERB, we accidentally left our boys' iphone on the island, only to have it delivered to our door the NEXT morning, it's refreshing to be reminded of kindness and witness from time to time what great stay feels like!

Great location, near to the port, shopping street, and just a couple of minutes from the beach. Location has everything you need, including washing machine and iron. The host was very nice.

Our hosts at A Due Passi were very welcoming and helpful with quick responses and excellent recommendations. Check-in was so nice, it felt like coming to visit family! Comfortable bed and private apartment. The neighborhood was very close to lots of great restaurants and shopping.

The accommodation is very well situated close to center and the castle. We had everything we needed in the apartment and it's good value of money.
