Our stay here surpassed all expectations. The hotel has an incredible relaxed feeling. Breakfast is served in the lush garden and the owners are there every morning, greeting the guests and helping with restaurant reservations and day trips. They are two of the nicest people you could meet. There's is a really sense of family here. The rooms are beautiful, spotless, with a good sized terrace to enjoy the sunshine. We had dinner in the hotel one evening, a must. Exceptional value and delicious food, go hungry ! This is the kind of hotel you will want to return to again and again. We will be back for sure.

A beautiful island with a range of personal experiences that made our vist unique. Everyone we met was so friendly and we enjoyed all of our time on the island. We did find the roads very narrow and different to drive with a hire car. Th thermal pools at Poseidon were outstanding. We visited in mid-October and found that the island was in the process of shutting down for the off season. Despite this, we are now missing the fabulous family run restaurants and quiet hotel. Would love to go back and visit again.

One of the best places I've been.

One of the best places I've been. Everything was wonderful from beaches to restaurants to views. We took advantage of the local bus service to get to S. Angelo in 2 directions. The rides were unbelievable. Will hire a scooter next time.

Lovely island, it felt like a hidden gem.

Lovely island, it felt like a hidden gem. Not many tourists there this time of year (october). We loved Poseidon. The town Sant'Angelo was beautiful! The Marina/beach and restaurants nearby was very quaint and clean.

We spent 1 week in Ischia, good time to go around the island. We used only the local bus which have an impressive service, better than most big cities in Europe! Nice hiking. Nice beaches and warm enough in mid October to take a bath. Some have hot spring. Cute tiny streets, but unfortunately without space for sidewalks: the 2 and 3-wheelers are loud and stinky and deteriorate the whole experience. Ischia could be a paradise with only electrical vehicles! We see more and more fat e-bike, I wish for the island they will reduce and transform their car & scooter rental...

Positone Spa a great day.

Positone Spa a great day. St Angelo town quaint and beautiful. Garden Mortella stunning on a sunny day. Castle in Ischua Porte good. Bus transportation excellent, buses every 10 minutes, you can pay onboard. Use app Rio to Rome, excellent for travel information all around the world. Tip for travelling alone, lunch instead of dinner. Eat outside instead of dinning inside, bring a book with you. Once you begin travelling alone, the world is your oyster!!!

Getting around easy using bus line, but can get crowded so allow time, recommend doing a boat/snorkel tour, also visit the castle. Ate at Wine Cave at Poseidon Thermal Gardens, recommend if visit Gardens. Also recommend Bella Napoli in Forio for dinner.

It was my first time visiting ischia and I am very glad I chose this place. Which is in a very nice location, walking distance (10mins)from the Ischia Porto. Rooms were very clean and tidy, and the cleaning persons did a very good job. Enjoyed the breakfast in the morning before I head out to explore the island. The staff were very helpful always when i ask for help and tips about the Island and places to visit. I am very satisfied of the service of Hotel Cleopatra. Thank you very much for the nice hospitality

Spacious, clean apartment in a quiet street a short walk from the centre of Ischia Porto. A few minutes walk to the supermarket, the beach and the port, from where you can make bus trips around the island or take a ferry to Procida, Capri or Naples. The balconies are pleasant to sit on in the evenings, with views of Vesuvio and Aragon Castle. Frank was very attentive, easy check-in and check-out. We would highly recommend this accommodation, if we return to Ischia we would like to stay here again.

The hotel was exactly what we were looking for to experience Ischia, the location straight on the beach was perfect and a very short walk to all the exceptional restaurants and great access to the bus terminal and port for exploring other parts of the island and nearby Prochida. For us the price was great value, the staff were exceptionally helpful and the cleaning staff were fantastic I don’t think I’ve stayed anywhere before where the room has been cleaned and towels changed daily.

I would really recommend this hotel for a vacation in Ischia, especially if you desire a calm and quiet place and atmosphere. It is suitable for families, but also for couples. The rooms are spacious, they should be renovated, but for now, you have everything you need. The breakfast is diverse and delicious. What I liked the most were the pools. You can also enjoy some spa treatments which are extra charge. There is a parking for cars, but scooters can be rented at this hotel,too.
