The breakfast was very good. The staff accommodated me with gluten free options. The staff greeted us every morning with smiles. Asked about our plans what we had seen the day before. Made suggestions, were very knowledgeable about attractions and restaurants the staff Vittorio Cinzia Aldo Rosalin were amazing and made our stay welcoming comfortable and were very knowledge able and professional. Stayed here for eight days in May. The hotel is in a great location, it’s quiet with easy access to the metro and main streets. It’s a clean comfortable lovely hotel with a fabulous roof garden/ terrace where we enjoyed coffee and pastries every morning. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Our room was spotless, made use of the table and chairs by the window overlooking the sea. It’s very good value and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We stayed here for one night but this place is definitely nice for longer stays too. The owner is very helpful. He texted before our arrival and was very helpful and flexible for early check-in. In the room, the mattress is very comfortable. Towels and sheets were clean. The location is very convenient. The building and the rooms are very clean and everything is new. The windows isolate the outside noise perfectly. Good air conditioner and water pressure in the shower.

Vibrancy, Vespas, Vesuvius

Undulating beside the Bay of Naples, this UNESCO World Heritage city is a maze of narrow streets and cable cars. Although it has an incredible array of churches and monuments, it’s the sheer energy, pulsating life, and buzz of Vespas that really make it exciting.

At first you could mistake this for chaos, but given time you’ll see there’s method to the madness. The stunning, curved portico of the Royal Palace. The perfectly thin pizzas which originated here. The red pepper trinkets to ward off the evil eye adorning practically every old town doorway. All are crafted to perfection.

While all this goes on at street level, below is Underground Naples – a series of tunnels you can visit and even a Graeco-Roman theater which you stop at before emerging into someone’s house!

Head up to the Posillipo area for stunning views of the city and Vesuvius in the distance. The volcano itself can be visited and looking down from it towards Pompeii and Herculaneum gives context to the thousands of artifacts now on display in the city’s National Archaeological Museum.

Great city to experience real Italy, people, characters, food, culture. Most surprising positive experience was safety for me and the negative one paying extra just for sitting down in the cafes. I was really amazed with the beauty of the metro stations, I have never seen such interiors anywhere in Europe. For pizza lovers I would recommend “ Brandi” the place where Margarita was born, they have best pizzas ever. The gelatos and sweet pastry is amazing very tasty everywhere. Got addicted to sfogliatellas.

Naples is a wonderful city, the people are very helpful, friendly and kind. Food and drink is very reasonable. Some fabulous restaurants, bars, cafes & street food vendors. There is so much to see and do, prepare to walk a lot but it is the best way to see the city. So many churches & museums to visit and very accessible to other towns, villages, volcanos and beaches. Naples is definitely a place to visit.

We flew into Naples so we stayed the first night to recover from our flight and also returned for another night at the end of our stay in Italy, as we were flying out of Naples as well. Staying the first night and spending the next day exploring Naples was fine. We decided to return for the last night to Naples again so we could be close by for our departing flight. That was enough time in Naples, there are a lot of surrounding towns that offer the same and better to experience Italy. Salerno and Potenza are very nice options to consider.

visiting Herculaneum is a must, even though the local train to get there is a pain. pizza is of course also a must, as is a trip to islands in the Naples bay. the city itself is busy and dirty but definitely still worth a visit and a stroll-around

We stayed for three nights which was the perfect amount of...

We stayed for three nights which was the perfect amount of time. We walked around the local area and went to Spanish quarter when we arrived on the first day. Second day we went to Mt Vesuvius and Pompeii with a guide. Final day we walked around Naples exploring the underground caves and ate pizza the whole time!

What I liked most was the port and marina, where I could enjoy beautiful sea views and easily take ferries to stunning destinations such as Capri, Positano, and the Amalfi Coast. What I didn't like was the lack of respect for traffic rules and the amount of garbage in some areas, which seemed to encourage people to throw litter in the streets. With better organization and stricter enforcement of cleanliness and traffic regulations, Naples could be an even more attractive destination.

The host Beatrice was outstanding interms of helping us people at home and looking after us till we left Napoli. If we needed anything the answers was fast and helpful. This has been my best stay away from home and it was because of the Host. Even on our last day when we was stuck and looking for solutions to our last few hours in Naples she helped us out and made sure we are happy. If I'm back in Italy and in Naples I would only stay here. I personally recommend anyone who's looking for Calm and eventful stay to come visit here.

It was clean, good location, staff accommodating, helpful and pleasant. We came to Naples from other part of Italy by bus after visiting friends, as it was already beyond his checked in time, Armando kindly waited for us to arrived. Had troubled with air conditioning, but helpful and had guided me through WhatsApp messaging. Breakfast was in a cafeteria near to the place and although it was croissants and hot drink, there were choices to choose. It is good value for money, especially for short stay. Would stay again sometime.

You can reach the hotel flat very easily, no Whatsapp complicated instructions. The old fashioned elevator was fascinating. The receptionist was at the hotel entrance and was polite and friendly. He later brought me the breakfast meal of the next morning because I scheduled to leave early. The keys are perfect compared to those strange Gothic keys of lodges in the past two weeks in Italy.TV is very wide and shows ordinary channel plus net TVs. Also cleaning ladies are attractive Italians in black costumes.

Bed was comfortable, got spare pillows as requested as not all hotels have thicker pillows; has air conditioning as the weather was very hot in September in Italy. Bathroom was clean and bright. Breakfast was good, simple cold selection buffet something Italians would eat or rather very European. It isn't a full buffet with hot selections.
