Excellent staff, jacuzzi in the room 👍, very convenient and safe location in walking distance to the port

A wonderful place to stay in Napoli right by the harbour with a view to die for. A balcony with a view of the bar, the city and Vesuvius. Very polite and charming host. (and his dog) Comfortable bed, great shower. We cannot wait to stay there again.

Really lush room with modern bathroom and finishings - feels like a 5 star hotel room! Access was super secure and the elevator made things very easy! The walk from the train station was roughly 15mins on cobblestones, but once you get there the location is amazing close to lots of popular areas and near a metro. We found a great laundry mat just 6 mins walk away too. Other guests we ran into mentioned the food in their restaurant below was great, but we unfortunately didn't have a chance to try it. Would recommend this place to anyone.

very cozy and comfortable apartment in a great location. the host and staff were very friendly and responsive. the cafe downstairs which provided coffee and croissants for breakfast was also very warm and welcoming.

Good location to walk around and with good option for food, metro station is nearby also to get to the central station, also you have a taxi site downstairs in case you want to go to the airport by taxi. The rooms are in the 5th floor, reachable by elevator, good space in the room, clean, and good service from the staff.

Communication was easy and accurate, everyday somebody was busy with small/big cleaning inside/outside rooms, we didn't need to use the airco in February, but it is an important plus, as well as the small fridge.

Everything was very nice. I recomend this hotel.

Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Nilo was very helpful in any matter in English and Spanish language. The service was excellent. There are stores like supermarket, bakery and tabacchi stores (to get local bus tickets) in neighbourhood. Very nice and comfortable room and bathroom.

Spacious rooms with lots of sunlight, had a great stay

We arrived late at night, but the host was very accommodating. We had a 6 am flight so walked to the airport at 4 am. On the first street we were a little nervous but it was very well lit. Once we made it to the next street there were others walking to the airport, so we felt more comfortable. The place itself was very nice and clean. We would definitely stay again.

The room was spacious and the location was 3 minute walking distance to the train station. Check in and out were also easy.

Napolitan Trips Hotel is the same location as Ostello Bello, with the same staff and facilities but the "hotel" rooms are on the fifth floor while the cafeteria and check-in, along with the hostel rooms, are on the third floor. The fifth floor is beautiful, with a spacious, comfortable, and clean hotel room. The shower was good and big! Many yongsters hanging out around there, studying or just chilling out. There are also instruments people can play on if they feel like it. We stayed two nights and the first night there was a kareokey evening. Many people took part in it and it was really fun. One thing, I am not used to but liked a lot, was that the hotel sends out "shoutouts" about things happening, like everyone was invited to a pasta at dinner time the first evening and a reminder to use the free drink "coin" we got at arrival. All day and in the evening, coffee and tea await you in the cafeteria for free. The breakfast was very good with bread, croissants, yogurts, and cereals. The hotel is very close to the big shopping street, Toledo.

Great location, beautiful views from windows, property was clean, and easy instructions were provided by property manager well in advance of arrival. One bed was hard (but not impossible to sleep on) daily cleaning and clean towels were provided. Easy access to transportation, city sites, shopping and restaurants. Thank for a easygoing vacation spot. Would utilizing and recommend this facilities for anyone interested.

Instructions for accessing the property were very clear. We arrived near midnight and key was left out for us. Room was small but lovely and clean. Great location
