All'accoglienza ci sarà personale qualificato nel settore turistico, che potrà non solo mostrarvi prospettive ed itinerari insoliti e ricercati, ma potrà supportarvi per qualsiasi servizio o necessità, con un accoglienza autentica e calorosa, come quella della vera filosofia napoletana. A pochi minuti dal museo Madre, dal Cristo Velato, dalle Catacombe di San Gennaro, San Gregorio Armeno e a 16 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale. Vi ricordiamo che la cucina delle camere è in comune.
Siamo nel cuore del centro storico, dove si possono raggiungere facilmente ed a piedi le più belle chiese di Napoli, il Museo Archeologico Nazionale, il Museo di arte contemporanea "Madre", il Museo Filangieri, la Cappella di San Severo con il famosissimo Cristo Velato, lo Jago Museum, il Monte Pio della Misericordia, il complesso di San Giovanni a Carbonara.
