The breakfast was good with a verity of choices. Location couldn’t be better. Across from the train station and metro. Restaurants in the piazza. This was my second stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.

The reception staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had all amenities for a good night's rest.

During our recent visit to Naples, we chose the Holiday Inn as our base and opted for a suite to make our stay more comfortable. The hotel’s location proved to be convenient for exploring the city, and the suite itself was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities one would expect from a reputable international hotel chain. From the moment we arrived, Angelo demonstrated a remarkable commitment to guest satisfaction. He was not only professional and efficient but also genuinely warm and welcoming. Whether it was assisting with check-in, offering local recommendations, or ensuring our specific needs were met, he consistently went above and beyond to make us feel valued and cared for. The rest of the staff mirrored this high standard of hospitality. Every interaction was marked by courtesy, attentiveness, and a sincere desire to enhance our stay. It was clear that the team takes great pride in their work and strives to create a positive and memorable experience for every guest. Excellent value for the money. The staff was exceptional. They were courteous and very helpful the location put it 8 minutes out to reach the airport and a 10 minute walk to a metro station to get to the old town. The rooms were pristine clean and well equipped. We ate at the restaurant and the meal was excellent and the prices reasonable

The location is ideal, right next to the train station. You step off the Alibus from the airport or arrive by train, and you’re already at the hotel. There are many eateries, small shops, and a supermarket just a few steps away. All the staff I met were very polite and attentive. The room was small but comfortable, with a good private bathroom. There was also a coffee machine in the room, which was a nice touch. I stayed for one night during a layover on my way back home, and they kindly offered to store my luggage until the evening.

The hotel has a great location right next to the main train station, so you can either walk to the city centre or take the metro. The airport is also easily accessible by a direct bus, with the bus stop right in front of the station. We made a last-minute reservation while on the train, so we arrived earlier than the official check-in time. Luckily, we were able to get our room without waiting, thanks to a very kind and helpful receptionist, Natasha, who took great care of all our needs. The room was spacious enough for two people, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Thank you, Natasha, for making our short stay so pleasant.

Great location, staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating, gave us tips for sightseeing, using underground and also help us making calls and translate to italian when we were making further travel arrangements. Room very clean, bed very comfortable, good internet.
