The beds were very comfortable! I came to visit St Maria Goretti’s basilica and see her place of martyrdom. I had a beautiful experience of prayer and was met by many friendly people. But I was surprised to find how relaxing, comfortable and beautiful the location was. It was not just a pilgrimage but a rejuvenating visit to the beach. This hotel is the perfect location to walk and experience the charm or Italy, walk the beach and quickly walk to the basilica. The staff at the hotel were eager to be helpful and were patient in giving me instructions and making sure I understood.

Room very modern and cool. Bed comfy and at night very quiet. Location close to everything!

Everything was fine, the only negative was the distance, far from the center and the beach, but the owner of the house was very polite and brought me by car and drove me, whether it was to the beach or the center, it was the perfect place to relax from the bustle of the city, I would come back here again, thank you Vito!

We had an amazing time here. The hosts were kind and welcoming and the location is perfect. The beaches are not too far away and you can also enjoy everything the city center has to offer. With warm croissants at breakfast and nice, spacious rooms, this can be a great choice for a calm and relaxing stay in the city.

Property was great. Went on a family trip with 3 families. Had a great yard for the kids ample seating outdoor for the smokers. FREE PARKING! The rooms were all spotless clean! The owner was a very nice man and we saw himaybe once after our arrival. Would definitely recommend not to far from train station

Manuela, the representative is a fantastic, friendly flexibel person. Has gave us additional amenities (utensils etc) during our staying. They have other apartments as well.

Fantastic location, comfortable beds and fully updated room and very helpful owner. the air conditioner also worked very well and kept the room cool in August. I would definitely stay here again.

It was very easy and convenient. We arrived early but the host was already there and we were able to collect the keys right away.

Every single thing is perfect…. Especially Titziana and Stefano…. They are the most beautifully warm couple and hosts…. Their B and B has to be one of the very best on the planet…. And their breakfast is the best ever. So yummy!!!! The room is very comfortable and the grounds are so relaxing. A wonderful experience. Thank you.

We stayed here at the start of June this year and had the most amazing time to celebrate our 1st year wedding anniversary. We stayed in Rome for a few nights beforehand and then carried on to Nettuno, the train was very easy and cheap to use and only an hour away. In hindsight, we would have stayed in Nettuno instead of Rome to do day trips to Rome as the hosts were happy to be tour guides around Rome which would have been great as they are fluent in Italian and English. The hosts were easy to communicate with over booking.com and met us at the train station which was a very easy walking distance to the BnB. The hosts Andrea and Sean couldn't do enough for us while we were there which made this holiday so fantastic. Excellent facilities in the BnB and all renovated in a nice modern way. We were served a lovely mix of food for breakfast every morning and then the place was cleaned while we were out exploring the beach and other top tourist spots around the area. There are cooking facilities in the BnB but with there being so many delicious and cheap restaurants to eat at, we couldn't help but eat out. There are also some supermarkets to get your own food and lovely cocktail bars to sit outside and admire the views of the beautiful rustic town and sea. Andrea and Sean guided us through Nettuno which made it so helpful to start off the holiday and they even took us to some local vineyards and wine tasting. The relaxing beach days mixed in with sight seeing in Rome makes Nettuno the most perfect holiday and these brilliant hosts are why we will be coming back again in the future.

Location is very good. 5 minutes walk to a nice public beach, cheap restaurants and bars where locals go. Air conditioner is working. Bathroom was clean and modern. There is a nice washing machine, too. Kitchen is 100% equipped, 2 different coffee makers with some coffee in stock, dishwasher liquid and all you need to wash the dishes. There were clean towels and toilet paper and soap.
