Welcome to Favola Affittacamere Our guesthouse, recently renovated and fully modernized, offers comfortable and cozy rooms designed to provide you with the utmost relaxation and comfort. Each room includes: • A queen-size orthopedic memory foam mattress with silver fiber, hypoallergenic and dust mite-resistant • Ergonomic memory foam pillows with aloe vera cover, offering optimal cervical support • Minibar with low-noise icebox • Private bathroom with sink, bidet, toilet, shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries • High-speed Wi-Fi connection • Smart TV with access to major streaming services Every accommodation also features a private outdoor space, either a balcony or patio, depending on the room selected. Breakfast Breakfast is served every morning in the common room, from eight to ten with the possibility of enjoying it on the outdoor patio during pleasant weather. Each guest receives a personal tray prepared by the host, including a sweet and a savory item, a hot beverage of choice, fruit juice, and either yogurt or rusks with jam. Fresh seasonal fruit is occasionally offered as well. Guests with specific dietary needs or intolerances are kindly asked to inform us at the time of booking or upon arrival, so we can do our best to accommodate them. Breakfast is reserved exclusively for registered guests of the property. Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Late check-in is available till 10 PM, at an additional charge. Pets: We are happy to welcome small dogs (up to 10 kg), one per room, with the payment of a small additional fee. For hygiene and the comfort of all guests, larger animals are not allowed. In case of non-compliance with this policy, we reserve the right to apply an additional charge for extra cleaning.
