It checked ALL the boxes! Location to beach, transportation, restaurants, sites, cleanliness, breakfast exceptional even for me with allergies. Staff was phenomenal! Friendly, clean and we’d love to go back. We were so happy, our cousins joined us for a one night stay from Rome. Great place! Definitely would recommend it to everyone!

Location was perfect. Nice having balconies overlooking the sea and beach. The breakfast was more substanital than most.

This property was very clean and easy to get in and out of. Our host was even so kind as to upgrade our room to the suite with a rooftop rooftop! From there you can see the sea and are a short walk from a couple basilicas and all the amenities you could need. Our host met us and showed us the pace and made it simple to check in. She also was very responsive to all our questions via WhatsApp

We stayed here at the start of June this year and had the most amazing time to celebrate our 1st year wedding anniversary. We stayed in Rome for a few nights beforehand and then carried on to Nettuno, the train was very easy and cheap to use and only an hour away. In hindsight, we would have stayed in Nettuno instead of Rome to do day trips to Rome as the hosts were happy to be tour guides around Rome which would have been great as they are fluent in Italian and English. The hosts were easy to communicate with over booking.com and met us at the train station which was a very easy walking distance to the BnB. The hosts Andrea and Sean couldn't do enough for us while we were there which made this holiday so fantastic. Excellent facilities in the BnB and all renovated in a nice modern way. We were served a lovely mix of food for breakfast every morning and then the place was cleaned while we were out exploring the beach and other top tourist spots around the area. There are cooking facilities in the BnB but with there being so many delicious and cheap restaurants to eat at, we couldn't help but eat out. There are also some supermarkets to get your own food and lovely cocktail bars to sit outside and admire the views of the beautiful rustic town and sea. Andrea and Sean guided us through Nettuno which made it so helpful to start off the holiday and they even took us to some local vineyards and wine tasting. The relaxing beach days mixed in with sight seeing in Rome makes Nettuno the most perfect holiday and these brilliant hosts are why we will be coming back again in the future.

Room very modern and cool. Bed comfy and at night very quiet. Location close to everything!

Very good accommodation, hot tub is very nice in the balcony. Host Angela very good, as we were with 5, and one had to sleep in the living, she offered a good solution.

Property located right in the canter of the city by the seaside. Very easy to find. Amazing host. Totally loved the experience.
