Location, very easy to reach from Ciampino airport or train station. 24h working reception extremely useful in case you are arriving by plane. Personnel helpful, apartment small but has all necessary for traveler to rest

It is close to the railway station and a bus stop to the airport. If you need, it is possible to walk to the airport at night for example. It is a good alternative to stay in the city center of Rome, it takes only 20 minutes by train to go to Termini.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave me valuable recommendations. Good location near the bus station, and not far from the train station from where you can go to Termini. Clean room. Good Italian breakfast. The district is safe and quiet.

Breakfast has good variety. Eggs could have been more natural. Slight difficulty figuring out the coffee machine. Almost overfilled the cup. Room was very clean. Appreciated that window could be opened. Linens were very good, nice having extra blanket. Bathroom was very clean. would be helpful to have more space at sink for toothbrush, cosmetics. Missed bathtub.

Villa Mercede was an EXCEPTIONAL stay. The staff provided great communication before my arrival and during my stay, and were always available at the main desk to assist. The room was perfect, with a great view of the complex and Frascati. The facilities were perfect - I used the pool near the Padel courts and had a great experience, having food, drinks, music and relaxation. It was a perfect getaway from the busy city of Rome, and gives you time to experience some bliss. Very good prices for the room, food/drinks, and spa treatments. Only a 15 minutes walk to Frascati train station, and half an hour from Frascati to Rome Termini. Only 15 minutes drive from Rome Ciampino airport. I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here.

Excellent location near Rome. Staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was outstanding in a beautiful dining room. Our room had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. They do have rooms on the ground floor with private patios. Very quiet location.

We wanted to end our visit in Italy with some luxury and booked The Suite with jacuzzi: we were not disappointed! Great view over the lake from the terrace and from the jacuzzi, suite is very spacious, bed is so comfortable. We had dinner there the first night and food was creative and well presented. The beef tartare has been reinvented and was a nice surprise! Breakfast is a more simple buffet and could be enhanced with more variety of eggs for example. I missed a real Italian cappuccino. Staff was helpful and friendly. Having a look at the other rooms. I would come back and select the suite or the room with balcony and lake view on the upper floor.

Very large room, clean nice and useful funiture. Iron and ironing table in the room. Free car parking.

Everything is amazing at the Verde Borgo Hotel. We loved the days we spent there. The staff are wonderful, the restaurant is one of the best in town, the environment is pleasant.

I love the staff of the hotel, and I love the restaurant and staff as well. I have stayed here several times and this is now my Go-To hotel in Rome. Location is great, just off the Metro and near the Grande Roccordo Annulare. So convenient for having a car, too as they have parking available. It is my Home in Rome.
