Great stay! The location is super convenient, just a short walk from the station. It offers a true Japanese home experience, and having the whole place to yourself makes it even better. You can cook if you want, and they even provide free bicycles to explore the area. The private onsen (one-time use) was a fantastic bonus, and the place is close to the beach, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The massage chair was a nice touch, and the owner was incredibly helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

Very spacious and clean. We even slept in the living room throughout the trip with 4 adults and a kid. The overlooking view is very similar to the image shown which is spectacular. Has a very quiet neighborhood. There's a nearby restaurant in the neighborhood and grocery store. There's a nearby beach but we weren't able to go due to other itineraries. For the car parking lot, i think it is difficult for the beginners since it's very steep but we manage and have less difficulty in parking. On the main road, there are surrounding restaurants and stores so it is very convenient for those with cars.

On Ocean beach so it is convenient to waterfront activities and restaurants. Rooms are dated but comfortable and many rooms have small outdoor onsen bath with ocean view. No breakfast was included in our rate but a locally famous himono restaurant is close by and it offers delicious grilled mackerel meal for breakfast and lunch. Also a craft beer joint and many seafood restaurants in the environs. 10 min easy walk from Ito train station. Lobby has selection of yukatas and getas plus complimentary espresso.

Owner/staffs was very friendly. I went there with my dog it’s nice that they allowed pet. Room looks just like the photo, I really enjoyed my stay and would love to visit again.

The experience here was incredible. Ajiro is a quaint town and Teiseikan provides a perfect retreat from the woahs of the city. Staff are very helpful, friendly and willing to assist foreign travelers.
