Beach rentals in Budva

Clean room with comfortable beds and kitchenette. Sunny balcony with mountains (and buildings) around, spacious bathroom. Every day cleaning and towels changing. Elevator is available.

Friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness

Located on the other side of old town, about 25 min walk. About 5 min from the beach. Very clean and modern. Staff were nice and helped us a lot during our stay. Good breakfast included

Views from the balcony were amazing. Everything maintained exceptionally. Pool is very clean and beautiful. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They booked an airport transportation for us and that was great too.

The rooms are like you see on the picture, so dont expect much, but other than that the location is very quite and beautiful. Especially loved our terrace. Loved our stay here!:)

The staff was so nice, always ready to help however they can, the place was very clean and new so the accommodations were very high quality. The staff asked us every morning what we want for breakfast and made a huge effort to accommodate our food needs. The place is close to budva but also not in the middle of the loud city so you still get a nature experience. The pool opens only when the season begins but there is a nice spa you can rent if you want. We had such a great time and the place was perfect for our needs, definitely recommend coming here!

The host family was amazing. Anytime we needed something they were there. The pool was a fantastic. The room served its purpose. We could sleep, cook, and enjoy time on the balcony.

It was a spacious apartment, with everything we needed. It was very good value, especially when you travel with kids. There was a pool you could use anytime you wanted. The building has it’s own parking.

Great central location right at the main promenade and 4 min walking to the Old Town. Many nice restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood. Very clean and well equiped apartment with a nice open view from the balcony through the city and the sea. The host was very kind and responsive. Would definitively return.

First, the arrangment was very easy to do as Marko, the host, is such a cool guy and easy to talk to Location of the building is perfect for everything in Budva, old town and beaches are close and there is a market and fast food very nearby They have a big garage that really helped in this summer heat and is practical if you come and use your car a lot like we did Reception is clean and there is an elevator in the building so it doesnt matter on which floor you are staying Room service was there everyday and we never got in a situation to be needing something for the room Our apartment/room was spacious, clean and very comfortable with big balcony to chill The AC is ceiling mounted so its very good and comfortable even for people that sont really like the classic AC winds Bathroom is practial, clean and everything works And if we needed any informations about this “hotel or general Budva information, Marko was always available and eager to help us
