Beach rentals in Hoi An

I absolutely loved my stay at Ancient Beach Boutique & Spa! This hotel made my birthday trip unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional, from the staff took such beautiful care of me and made me feel welcomed and celebrated. Didi and Luna were incredibly sweet and thoughtful. They surprised me with fresh fruit trays, handwritten notes, and even a birthday cake! Those small touches meant so much and truly made my stay special. The room was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The entire property is peaceful and beautifully maintained. The beach is just a short walk away. While the sand area can be a little polluted, the water itself is still beautiful and calming, and it’s a lovely place to relax. I also learned they offer tours at more affordable prices than what I had pre-booked online so next time, I’ll definitely check with the hotel first! And as a bonus, they provide umbrellas when it rains, which I appreciated during my visit. This hotel went above and beyond for me, and I’m so grateful for their kindness. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Hoi An, especially if you value genuine hospitality and a peaceful stay.

The breakfast was adequate and lovely. Restaurants are so close to La Alba that I will opt out of breakfast and explore the different restaurants next time.

The owner is so nice and accommodating. I love the location, it's in the quiet part but 6 mins walk to old town. The room is very spacious for it's price. I'm a solo traveller and felt safe and comfortable staying here. Wifi is good for digital nomads. It's very good for long stay, it has cabinets and vanity.

Everything was amazing… the hospitality in particular. Very nice people, affordable, confortable and beautiful. I loved it.

Loved our week at Beach Palm Villa. The whole team were very friendly, always offering suggestions for where to eat, places to check out, but we're never pushy. We really enjoyed the whole area, the beaches, local restaurants- especially Broccoli 🥦- and look forward to returning when we need our next beach break. Thankyou for everything.

Friendly and warm hosts, highly recommend! We rented a motorbike and went fishing in traditional boats. Nice and clean room and amazing breakfast!

I really liked the location and the wonderful host, very tasty cold lemon tea and a pleasant room.

This Homestay was our favorite of our 17 day trip. The rooms were even better than we expected. The hosts treated us like family and helped arrange motorbikes and transportation for us. Breakfast was amazing and they even customized it to individual needs. We will stay there again if we are in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—situated on a very quiet street, with absolutely no noise at night, which made for a peaceful and restful sleep. At the same time, it is conveniently close to the beach as well as the main street with its many shops, cafes, and restaurants. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The hotel itself is very cozy, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained. The lovely garden creates a charming atmosphere, and having breakfast there each morning was a real pleasure. The staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Mia, who made our stay even more memorable with her kindness and professionalism. We would not hesitate to choose this hotel again on our next visit.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful offering high levels of hospitality. The hotel was perfectly located and surrounded by rice fields (walking distance to vegetable village, beach and old town). The breakfast was superb! It offered free bikes unlike some other hotels that require day payments.

The hotel is truly a highlight. My room was beautiful and bright with a lovely balcony. The location is very close to the beach, just a few steps away. The staff were very friendly and kind. Everything was wonderful. Highly recommended!

It was a lovely place to stay. Peaceful home from home. Just a short drive to the ancient town. Plenty of places to eat minutes away. They were very helpful and friendly.

Towels were changed every day, laundry and bed sheets was in top condition and clean. Staff was open for every question, very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was included and a nice start for the morning. Location was good.

Quiet and comfortable room with a large balcony. The included breakfast was amazing and I highly recommend the beef noodle soup. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Everything was good, especially the hosts; the couple was very helpful and friendly. The hotel isn't beachfront, but it's only a 10-minute walk away. There are plenty of seafood restaurants, beer gardens, and local food stalls, as well as convenience stores in the surrounding area.

If you are looking for a paradise for your soul - that is the right choice!!! The island is full with humble people, specially Tony’s family. Very nice and welcoming.

What a fantastic stay I had here! Kim, the manager, was so warm and welcoming and made my stay perfect. The room was huge, the bathroom modern and fresh, the view from the roof was lovely and it's a 2-minute walk to a peaceful and chill beach. Right around the corner from good restaurants, the ATM and convenience stores for snacks and drinks. Can't wait to come back!

nice room, comfortable bed, ac works good. house with rooms is ca. 20 mt behind the main house, which is directly on the beach. hosts are very friendly and help you with everything you need - you might need to repeat what you want/need many times, because they just forget, but all is all is ok.
