What a spectacular experience. Felt like we were staying with a friend. She went above and beyond for recommendations for us. Assisted us with laundry, and provided a wonderful breakfast every morning. The location was absolutely perfect. Quiet, right by the train, and close to surrounding activities and restaurants.

The property is located one minute walk away from the scenic lake Lucerne and 10 minute walk away from the swimming point (Lido). We had a great time at this place. It was beautifully decorated. What an amazing stay we had. We swam tice a day and were treated like kings by the staff. So accommodating and friendly. they even gave us a tip on a ridge line hike in the area that was the highlight to our entire European trip.
