this place is so special. The owners maddalena and Andrea are such wonderful people. When we arrived maddalena gave us a quick tour of the property and showed us to our room. She gave us tons of recommendations for the area. The location is absolutely amazing right above the bus station. The rooms was so comfortable and very clean. This place has a public terrace and one of the best views. So no matter what room you book you’re guaranteed an amazing view. Myself and my boyfriend will be back for sure. Thank you for everything Maddalena and Andrea, thank you for going the extra mile to make my boyfriend’s birthday special.

This was a family owned property and they welcomed us as family guests. Chistian (one of the owners) and Roki met us at the Piazza and carried our luggages all the way to our room. We arrived in Amalfi much earlier than check-in time and they accommodated us for early check-in. We met Ester, the owner matriarch and she was very friendly and welcoming. We were welcomed by immaculately clean rooms personally cleaned by Ester. At check-out we were again happily assisted by Christian and his brother and again Ester was there to bid us goodbye. Residenza Ester has an excellent location close to the Piazza. Our room came with 2 balconies. each one with an awesome view. Aircon worked well. I definitely recommend this place if you have plans of visiting Amalfi.
