The only positive aspect of our stay was the helpfulness of the night shift staff member, who genuinely tried to fix the situation after his colleague’s mistake. After showing him the photos from our Booking.com reservation, he confirmed that we were indeed supposed to receive the room on the third floor. Unfortunately, the day shift staff member had already given it to another family who arrived before us. We also appreciated the kindness and willingness of the breakfast staff. Despite facing several difficulties, they did their best to accommodate us and were always very polite and friendly.

I recently stayed at this nice hotel in Golem Beach during winter, and it was an incredibly peaceful and relaxing experience. The hotel boasts a prime location very close to the beach. While Golem is quieter in the winter months, this only added to the charm, as I enjoyed the tranquility and the fresh sea breeze. The room was spacious, cozy, and well-equipped with modern amenities, and the heating system kept us warm and comfortable throughout the stay. The staff was super-friendly and helpful. Overall, it was an exceptional winter stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway by the sea.

An absolutely great stay! Very nice location close to the beach. Very clean across the rooms and the hallway. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and it’s nice to see how much attention they put to the hygiene of everything. Finally, I want to emphasize the such welcoming host and the staff behind him. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Spacious room, clean bathroom but the most Incredible staff always ready to happily help you with anything they exceed our expectations. The same day we arrived we were tired from the road trip and wanted to have breakfast, even though our included breakfast was for tomorrow morning and the breakfast time for that day was finished they happily fixed some breakfast for my family and when we offered to pay they said it’s on the house that was unexpected and a very warm welcome it just makes you feel valued and taken care of. Best mid-range price hotel you can get. Looking forward to going back soon!

Owners are very helpful and kind. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Near the beach and the aquapark. We will come again!

There are no words to describe hospitality of the owners! Such an amazing experience and they made our stay out of ordinary. Excellent location, great and clean apartements. Us 4 adults were with 3 kids and they could play games in front of building, small tennis and basket. They offer you with coffe and rakia. Our car had to be fixed because we had some issues and guess what owner is a mechanic as well! So If you come at least you shouldn’t be worrying about car. They have even bring us homemade pancakes and doughnuts, gave us a ride due to car issues and so much more! We will definitely come back with first chance we get! Faleminderit shumë!!

Beautiful scenery close to the seaside, excellent facilities and very clean loved the place

The hotel is on very good location, close to the beach (2-3 min by walk), in front of 2 markets and many little restaurants. The staff was very polite and kind. The receptional girl was very helpful. The room is comfortable and clean (every day was cleaned by the staff from hotel). The breakfast was good. The stay in hotel was very pleasant.

Everything about the hotel was just perfect. The rooms were clean and spacious, the beds were very comfy. It really did exceed our expectations as the whole building is freshly built, including the restaurant and the pool area, which is very well maintained and super clean. The staff was lovely and mostly spoke good English, and they did everything to meet our requests promptly. Note that the pool/restaurant area is not directly in front of the hotel, it is a roughly 70 meters from the hotel towards the sea. The hotel's restaurant where we had the buffet breakfast was amazing. The restaurant has good price/value selection. It's important to highlight that the restaurant managed to meet my wife's vegan/gluten-free diet with the buffet breakfast as well as lunch/dinner, which is a big plus (!!!), and it's not something we expected in advance. Also, as we had a late flight from Tirana, the hotel let us use the pool area and all of the facilities even after the 11am checkout during the rest of the day. It's much appreciated.

Wonderful hotel with an amazing and very friendly staff who are always ready to help. Everything was spotless, the pool was excellent, and the breakfasts were delicious. For the price, this hotel offers outstanding value. We will definitely come back. It felt less like staying in a hotel and more like visiting family friends — we were welcomed and treated like part of the family. We are extremely happy with our stay and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Very clean and comfortable, nice pool area and own part of the beautiful sandy beach. Staff were professional and very friendly and helpful, most of them spoke English. Good selection at breakfast.
