The Art Gallery hotel is so charming and beautifully designed/decorated. The breakfast and little patio out the front to enjoy a drink was so relaxing. The staff were very attentive and so friendly. Sergio and Renley (not how you spell it in Albanian!), were incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel is in a great location! We had an amazing view of the amphitheatre ruins out of our window.

Location is easy to access beach, markets, exchange offices and estaurants. You can have free parking spot which is really important in the region. Receptionist lady is keen to help you for your comfort. Her English is fluent. She also prepared a to do list for us in our upcoming visit to Berat. We took advantage of that list and also enjoyed in Berat. Room that we stayed was 101, it was big and comfortable. Beds and furnitures were new. Decoration within the hotel and restaurant were also modern and nice. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Although there were plenty of restaurants by the sea coast, ours was the most attractive and good for the value.

We were greeted by Kevin who very helpful and polite. The room was great but the view was spectacular. We came for our 40th wedding anniversary but didn’t mention it but we were presented with a bottle of bubbly as a lovely gesture.

Olivia's Hill Resort exceeded my expectations! I loved everything about it—the modern, stylish vibe, the beautiful nature all around, and the rooftop with an incredible sunset view. Everything starting from its location to its cleanliness and the wounderful staff! Everyone is so friendly and professional. Tea at the reception was of a great help for us as a first time visitor and gave us all the directions. The staff at the breakfast are as well so nice and friendly, Irini, Sofia and Skerdi and the others even. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Walking distance from the boulevard and all the restaurants, shops, market. There are even many car rental shops next to it, we rented a car from the car rental shop facing the hotel and with a free parking at the hotel this was very convenient. Thanks for everyone
