Great location, some nice bar and restaurants a few minutes away. Convenience store in front. Great pool and bbq area. Beautiful and confortable place.

The staff went above and beyond to help us and make our stay comfortable and even with a sick bub we loved staying here, the hotel is beautiful in a perfect location and I can't thank the beautiful team enough for their care and kindness ❤️

Staff were exceptionally attentive and caring, going out of their way to make our stay wonderful. In fact, upon arrival we were upgraded to a larger room. Breakfast was a highlight of our day, with an enormous variety of choices. This was our second visit to Peppers in Palm Cove and from the very beginning, we were made to feel like family. The staff obliged my spouse's request for buckets of ice 3 times a day so he could continue his knee replacement rehab. Shortly before we were to leave, Cyclone Alfred impacted our departure by causing airports to close and our flights to be cancelled. Peppers staff worked their magic to accommodate our unexpected but necessary extended stay in their fully-booked facility, even keeping us in our same room for the additional week.

We arrived prior to Easter to champagne and a box of chocolates. Halfway through our stay (after they turned over our room) we received a $50 dinner voucher as a thank you. The stay exceeded our expectations in every way. We have booked two more trips over the next twelve months (staying in the same room)

The apartment was generously sized for two people, and had everything we needed to make the stay comfy. We loved the art work and the day bed on the balcony was a real treat. We’d love to return and wish we had stayed longer!

The location was perfect and the amenities were just what we needed for our family get away.

The location was great, close to town, free parking, everything within walking distance. It had a kitchen and washer/dryer. I liked having direct access to the pool but in hindsight, it was not necessary since it is quite compact. Staff was great help. I liked that we had an outdoor area to dry things instead of using the dryer.

Newly renovated property was lovely and clean. Hairdryer, iron, ironing board, fridge, freezer, aircon all provided. Very secure. Very comfortable. Parking at the front of the property. Staff were very helpful. Outdoor kitchen looked clean and well kept although we did not use it. Would recommend :)

The surrounding garden's and pool were well cared for. The appartment was spacious and well maintained. There were plenty of little extras in the appartment to make our stay comfortable. The appartment was beautifully decorated and well thought out. They had great locks on the doors and windows. Very secure. 15 min walk to palm cove beach.

Location was amazing! Bed was realllyyyyy uncomfortable. Just too soft for us but that is a personal choice. We kept rolling into each other haha Loved the view, the facilities and the price was reasonable. It would have been convenient to have a spare roll of toilet paper purely as having to buy some on a 3 day trip/honeymoon was a bit annoying. Lovely nevertheless.

Great apartment with beautiful views. Clean and comfy bedding. Access to all the restaurants and coffee so close by. The pools are fabulous. We loved our stay.

The hotel is in a great location with direct beach access and a short walk to the esplanade with all the shops and restaurants. We had a lovely dinner in the hotel restaurant.

Although we got a room without a bath, due to the outdated booking.com's description, the manager Chika promptly responded to our request at after hours, she provided us the perfect apartment instead. Amazing response. The accommodation is very quiet and clean. We had a great Valentine's Day weekend. Thank you so much.

Honestly, for us this was a gem to discover. We'd never stayed in this kind of accomodation but the photos looked amazing and truthfully, you expect a certain amount of "creativity" with the photos but when we arrived.....we were totally blown away. Spotless unit, amazing view and such lovely hosts. Our next stay, we will try the waterfrontage units but that is just a personal preference. The garden units also had a great view and even the campsites were well appointed and perfectly equipped. Seriously - dont overlook this fabulous piece of tropical paradise!

We stayed in a huge villa overlooking the ocean that was so spacious and clean. Steps away from everything. Exceptional!!

The apartment was exceptionally clean and had loads of amenities and treats for our stay. Milk, beer, soft drinks, wine, toiletries, snacks…you name it Nicole and Marcus thought of it to make our stay as smooth as possible. We felt that we could contact them anytime with any questions and the attention to detail was amazing. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!
