Everything was perfect, especially for the price. Food was perfect, different every morning and night. Probably the best buffet chefs I've ever seen! Everything was fresh and cooked like gourmet. The rooms are perfect - very big and clean. Probably the best deal for the price in the region. Spa is good, warm pools even in winter time. Saunas and steam baths were super. Area is quite, next to the mountain hills and golf courts. Staff are very friendly. The road to the hotel is good and cleaned even in very snowy conditions. Plus free parking! Definitely going to visit again!

I appreciate especially the facilities for kids, the outdoor playground, the indoor and the outdoor pools for children overall, the whole spa facilities. The food was diverse and tasty. The whole staff is helpful and friendly, but we highly appreciated Mr. Stoyan Luchkov, the gentleman from the restaurant (the afternoon shift), who is always positive, willing to help, very kind, providing us also helpful information about some touristic attractions in the area. Really nice to have met him, including for our 3 years old kid (you can see that Mr Stoyan is very fond of children). Overall I recommend the hotel, we enjoyed the time spent at 7 Pools and we look forward to come back.

Amazing, clean, organised, near Bansko city

Good location, great room view, excelent attitude, tasty food, good massage, nice spa.

The resort was very clean, the staff was very polite, everything was perfect.

The host was very friendly and resolve any request we have quickly. Great atmosphere, very well equipped kitcnen and bathrooms. Great heating in the winter, it is floor heating and you dont need slippers, wich is great if you have kids.

The studio is vey clean, warm, comfy and it has everything You need. It is cheaper then most studios in Bansko and it has everything You need. The kitchen is very well organized and it has a lot of equipment for cooking. What we loved the most is that the studio is in a great and very well organized resort which have really nice spa center with fitness center, sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi and a swimming pool with warm water of 30 C degree. We used it every day and we loved it. We also loved the restaurant and the lobby, the food was very tasty and the prices were cheap. We got a great value for the money in every aspect of our staying. The host was the nicest host we have ever met, She was available at any time and she answered everything that we asked her. Great place for relaxing holiday and i recomend it to everyone!

Spacious apartment with 2 separate bedrooms, each with its own large bathroom and toilet. Large and cozy living room attached to an extremely well equipped kitchen. We helped ourselves with some great coffee since we couldn't buy the pads for the specific coffee machine anywhere. I hope the owner won't mind:) The pool and spa are in a different building 50 meters away, but we didn't mind since it was clearly explained beforehand.

The house design was ok and the resort is very nice.

The apartment is well equiped, everything you need in the kitchen, towels and bathrobes, tv with many channels (sport, movies, etc ), free parking and the complex has a free pool, spa and recreation area.

The quality you get and price quality rate is quite high. The place is quite clean and ideal for rest. There is a nice view and free pool in the complex. Didn't use too much the pool area but its quite clean and look nice.

Everything was perfect! Coming for a third consecutive year. Each year better. Spa is perfect. Much more then payed. Full spa and much more in the near. Clean and nice.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. It was cozy and warm, and there was an excellent wi-fi connection. The indoor pool was heated, and the water was clean. We were traveling with a baby girl 18 months old,so it was good that we could use the kids' playroom, and also there was a playground in the yard. We highly recommend the host , who was always available to respond to our needs.

The hotel is great but does not work with Booking. This is a private people apartment that when you rent you can use hotel facilities. I would recommend renting directly from the hotel website. This apartment is OK for a studio apartment.

Spacious and comfortable, big yard, located in a secured complex. The host was communicative and assisted with our questions. Looks exactly as in the pictures.

I like the the facilities in the hotel, the pool and spa are wonderful. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. TV has all kind of programs, sports, movies .... The closed parking is nice for safety.

Amazing family property with the kindest Bulgarian family running the place, they have a restaurant right next to the pool with the greatest soup I have ever had… belly soup(get it you won’t regret it)

Great location,very quiet and peaceful place .The view from the studio is amazing. Generally the amenities are as described and the stay is pleasant.

It was clean, nice and neat! The hosts were always there when we needed something and there were even kids toys to play with :) The only concern was that we were off season and a lot of the restaurants don't work as usual so keep that in mind. Long story short - perfect!
