Nice pools, enough for the guests, it wasn't crowded. Clean and affordable.

The place is very close to the beach. You get clean sheets. You have warm water. There is a refrigerator and the place is beautiful. The staff was very nice and helpful. The lady who welcome us offered us to change for 3 days the bungalow with a renovated one and to stay one night in the old one but we choose to not because I found too much trouble for me. The problem is that the pictures published on booking are far away from what you find there.

The food at the restaurant Starata_Lodka (https://www.tripadvisor.com/Restaurant_Review-g1157389-d23486539-Reviews-Starata_Lodka-Kamchia_Varna_Province.html) was amazing. We loved the quiet place where the bungalows are placed, the river which was creating unexpected different flow areas every day. The beach is wild, there are very few people compared to beach size, so you can choose what distance do you want to be between you and the next neighbor.

This is a wonderful bungalow in a forest not far from a sea side. The bungalow is very nice and well equipped. The beds were very convenient and clean. The forest area is quiet and cool. There enough parking spaces in the areal. I think there was no internet in our bungalow. After check out we couldn't leave the car inside the complex even for two hours, but in fact it was more practical to take the car to the beach.

A cozy fishing house, a quiet place and amazing fireplace

A superb place for anybody who would like to enjoy a peaceful holiday away from the hustle and bustle of touristic places. Kamchiya Beach and Kamchiya river is a nature reserve, one of the last wild beaches. The beach is a 25-minute walk away, 5 minutes by car. There is a supermarket and a restaurant 5 minutes away on foot. The property has a brand new fully-equipped kitchen with a large fridge, oven, utensils and cookware you will need to prepare a meal. It even has all the spices you will need, instant coffee as well. The property has a nice patio and yard where you can sit and relax and enjoy a meal. It also has an outdoor grill. It also has a brand-new large smart LCD TV, you can watch YouTube. For those who might work remotely, the internet connection was excellent and stable. I worked online for four days with no issues. The room was super clean with everything you need, including a hair dryer. And finally, the host, who was one of the friendliest and most helpful hosts I have come across in my 10+ years of travel. He was so accommodating that he brought a bike for me to use from Varna.

The location is great, the host was very sweet and helpful, only get a translation software ready if you re not speaking bulgarian or russian

I believe that being hospitable in hospitality business is the key ! And the hosts / owners of this property were very rude to us !! Accusing us that we want to cheat with how many ppl are staying in the room only because our friend entered our room ! And in general not nice to us at all ! The owner lady was treating us as she’s our teacher And we went to class without doing our home work :) Why you do this ? Why you didn’t inform me when you are leaving the property ? Why this why that ? Really really bad taste in my mouth after visiting this hotel. Would never go there again !!

We stayed here as a couple with our child and had a wonderful experience. The room was surprisingly spacious – it could easily accommodate four people, so we had plenty of room to relax and spread out. The outdoor pool was clean and well-maintained, perfect for both adults and kids. Parking was easy too, with plenty of space available right on the street outside. A lovely bonus during our stay was a special kids' music concert – such a thoughtful touch that made our child’s day and added to the overall family-friendly vibe of the place. We’d definitely recommend this spot to other families looking for comfort, convenience, and a little extra fun.
