Our stay at this wonderful resort was, without a doubt, the best vacation we’ve had in years. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the breathtaking views and the peaceful atmosphere (the photos truly don't do it justice!). What really set this experience apart was the exceptional service. We encountered a booking issue, but the administration handled it incredibly fast and resolved it entirely in our favor. It is rare to find a team so dedicated to guest satisfaction and quick problem-solving. This trip was truly unforgettable for us. We are so grateful to the entire staff for making our stay so seamless and special.

We loved the view and comfort that the place offered. It’s exactly as the listing describes it - peaceful and VERY spacious! It offers panoramic views of the Okanagan Lake and surrounding mountains. The suite had access to fast and stable Wi-Fi, a huge TV, and several appliances. Definitely need to stay here again the next time we make our way to Kelowna ☺️

Lovely hotel and location. Our stay was short so did not use spa, pools etc. But we went for a wonderful walk through a nut farm and neighborhood with beautiful houses to admire! The lake was beautiful. Wish we had had a longer stay planned here! Room was comfortable and clean. Good coffee. Close to restaurants, starbucks and some stores. Only complaint is can't check in til 5pm and have to be out by 10 am. Most hotels 3 or 4 pm check in, and 11 am check out.

Beautiful house where you feel comfortable from the beginning. And just a few minutes walking from the downtown. Breakfast was really good as well. Thank you Mitsuko and Norm to make our stay so comfortable.
