It is the best hostel in palomino for staying, sleeping, enjoying the beach which few steps from the hostel that makes it easy, the vibe is really cool and so friendly even when you arrive at reception the girls working there are amazing and really really friendly, hannet, Mercedes y keila they really were there for helping in anything at all and always smiling making. You feel welcome

Great food options, lunch and breakfast, nice pool, good vibes, good internet. I stayed only 1 night but I wish I could stay longer. Good place for chilling/working remotely

Reception was extremely attentive and answered every question we had in a timely and professional manner. People sometimes forget that the front desk isn’t their personal concierge, yet the staff still went above and beyond for us. Their patience and responsiveness made a huge difference in the quality of our stay. The restaurant exceeded our expectations — the food was truly top-notch. Fresh, flavorful, and easily some of the best meals we had during our time in Colombia. We also loved the presence of the rescued pups roaming the property. They added a warm, authentic charm to the environment and made the place feel even more welcoming.

The staff are exceptional and super friendly; the location is central to the beach, the food is very vegi-friendly, the property is artistically designed, and the bar hosts great parties.

Really lovely gem of a place. The room was superb, very spacious and clean. The common area is super lovely. All of the staff were lovely and breakfast was top notch.

The location is very convenient to the beach but feels very secluded and tranquil. The whole place has a laid back friendly energy and the staff are all wonderful. The pool is also fantastic as is the breakfast.

We loved the gardening, it gave a sense of privacy in each zone. Many places to comfortably hang out. Refreshing beautifully clean pool. Wonderful staff! Delicious and nutritious breakfast every morning. Our room was kept exceptionally clean. Fred the owner became one of our good friends, he’s very kind and thoughtful and made our stay here so stress-free!

Only a 15 min walk to the beach, Casa Sol Palomino provided a comfortable stay on a beautifully kept property. The pool is small but good for cooling off and the rooms are spacious.

The facilities it has are really pretty, is silent so you can really go to rest and disconnect of your daily live, the food is good and you can find nearby good places to go, the beach is near of the hostel and is not expensive at all

I really enjoyed my time El Zoo Hostel! I really like breakfast and all food made in the restaurant (menu del dia). Beside this room was really clean and bed was really comfortable which is on of the most important things for me! I really like common area such as swimming pool :) Staff was also really nice and helpful! Highly reccomend El Zoo Hostel!

This was one of the best places I've stayed in a while!

The location and staff were amazing! We had booked a room for three, but one person couldn't travel last minute. The staff wasn't able to rebook us a smaller and less expensive room, but they did give us complimentary breakfast the next morning (which we had not originally paid for). I thought that was a nice gesture! The location is great as it's one of the few places in it's price range with a prime beach view and bar!

Todos los trabajadores muy amables, las instalaciones muy bien, todo muy limpio y organizado, la comida es deliciosa, las habitaciones amplias. La verdad todo es excelente, excepto que queda alejado de la 6ta que es la zona donde quedan los restaurantes de Palomino, pero hay tuktuks que te recogen y devuelven por $20.000-$30.000. Seguro volveremos, muy buen sitio para descansar.

We loved the vibe, the service, the food was delicious. The location was amazing because it was not in the main part of Palomino so it was very tranquil and the fact that it had a private pool was great, it was actually the selling point for us…We are definitely coming back…Thank you Casa Ita and Pavo Real for making it a memorable and unforgettable experience

The location was incredible. We had a private beach to ourselves. It’s a hidden gem they don’t have a lot of guests so you will really feel welcomed by all the staff and enjoy a private beach. The staff even came to our room to bring us food and drinks when we texted them. They also take very good care of the property we could see that they really cared about the place.

Very kind owner and receptionists, comfortable rooms, very nice facilities, over all a great stay! Will definitely be back.

We loved everything. It's the perfect place to disconnect from world but you can be also connected because they have excellent wifi network. I could work away from office as well! Super Recommendable
