Hostels in Palomino

It is the best hostel in palomino for staying, sleeping, enjoying the beach which few steps from the hostel that makes it easy, the vibe is really cool and so friendly even when you arrive at reception the girls working there are amazing and really really friendly, hannet, Mercedes y keila they really were there for helping in anything at all and always smiling making. You feel welcome

Great food options, lunch and breakfast, nice pool, good vibes, good internet. I stayed only 1 night but I wish I could stay longer. Good place for chilling/working remotely

The staff are exceptional and super friendly; the location is central to the beach, the food is very vegi-friendly, the property is artistically designed, and the bar hosts great parties.

We loved the gardening, it gave a sense of privacy in each zone. Many places to comfortably hang out. Refreshing beautifully clean pool. Wonderful staff! Delicious and nutritious breakfast every morning. Our room was kept exceptionally clean. Fred the owner became one of our good friends, he’s very kind and thoughtful and made our stay here so stress-free!

I really enjoyed my time El Zoo Hostel! I really like breakfast and all food made in the restaurant (menu del dia). Beside this room was really clean and bed was really comfortable which is on of the most important things for me! I really like common area such as swimming pool :) Staff was also really nice and helpful! Highly reccomend El Zoo Hostel!

The property is really comfy and the owner is an amazing host, she makes you feel welcome and part of the family almost immediately! Her good energy really provides a good space to rest and get to socialize with others at the hostel.

GREAT STAFF AND HOTEL, ESPECIALLY ZOHAR

The place is amazingly cute and really has charm built out of wood. There is lots of communal places to hang out in the shade and hamacas. Plenty of showers and bathrooms. The kitchen is one of the best i"ve seen while traveling: 8 hotplaces and at least 10 pans. And the pans are absolutely not the rotten carcinogenic pans you sometimes find in hostels. The often clean the kitchen so it stays nice and clean. Omar has the beat tips om where to eat or what to do. Of course if you look for AC and pool it might not be your vibe. Bur for backpackers like me it is a dream. I ended up staying a week there. And already want to go back.

I liked that the property is very close to the beach and around the corner of the main road. José was very nice and helpful while I was sick but he needs to be more private with his conversations on the phone. On the bad end of this review, there are NO fans for the room. There’s just this tiny plastic fans that look like toys and do nothing to help with the heat. There aren’t any mosquito nets either and this made sleeping imposible. It is not good value for money. I’ve stayed in cheaper places in Palomino and they all have fans and mosquito nets for each individual bunk bed. There is a big fan available but the cable doesn’t reach any of the plugs in the room to connect it so it doesn’t work. Honestly, this has been my worst experience at a hostel by far.

I really liked Haku ❤️. The quiet and relaxing atmosphere and the birds chirping! The rooms are very spacious. The bed is large and comfortable. You also have a large terrace to sit outside. Diego is super nice and can help you with extra activities such as horseback riding on the beach and much more. ❤️
