The staff made the whole experience sublime, the beds were comfortable and location so convenient, near everything.

Beautiful place in great location. Staff are nice and great at keeping the place social with lots of activities ans a whatsap group. Room was convenient with ac, convenient size, enough place and furniture and great shower with hot water (much appreciated after a week without in the coast towns around santa marta). Great rooftop and lobby. Only sort of a downside is the noise - 1 - this is a party hostel. I stayed in the first floor so didnt hear the party on the roof but there are parties there that could be problematic for light sleepers. 2 - the way it is built - colonial building with all windows facing the inner patio and shared space. So when folks made noise passing by my door or talking loudly in other floors I heard it very well. As a light sleeper I still had enough quiet time and they provide ear plugs. Also - I think everywhere in Cartagena will have some level of noisiness so..

Clean, nice staff, delicious breakfast, and great location!

I stayed here for one night and it was fine - the bed was comfy, the bathrooms were lovely and the hotel was clean. There was a lot of background noise from the street so bring ear plugs.

The best thing is the location, which is unbeatable. Everything is close by in the old part of the city and Gestemaní. There is also a bus station nearby that takes you along the main avenue to different places such as Boca Grande. In general everything is very close by. The facilities are acceptable and austere. I traveled with my partner, and I consider the private rooms with double beds and private bathrooms to be very acceptable for the price you pay. I would return to this place.

The location is perfect you can do everything by walking. Is close to the shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife. Also the breakfast is worth the price and the place is good for solo travels, specially women. I stayed in the women room which gave me more security and privacy. The cubiques are just great and comfy. Is good to tell that the water is not hot, but you don’t need as Cartagena is pretty hot all the time.

David was so nice and helpful during my stay! He was always there to help you with anything or just to have a little chat. The room was small but still had everything I needed so it was great. Also loved the fact that the hotel was on a quiet street but everything was within walking distance.

Everything was perfect, clean, kind staff, amazing breakfast, lots of activities offered like Spanish class, salsa class, yoga. All for free! 100% recommended

The staff and service were exceptionally good and generous. The facilities at the place are definitely worth the price.

Really like this hostel - we actually came back and stayed here again when we returned to Cartagena. It has a beautiful pool area and has a very relaxed feel. Everything was very clean and the room was nice with comfortable beds and curtains for the bunks. About a 20 min walk to the historic area, feels like a safe area. Big grocery store just around the corner and the kitchen is relatively well equipped to make your own meals. Room includes a free drink each night by the pool which is a great touch.

The staff at this hostel were so nice! Upon arrival in the middle of the night after a flight (barely a couple of minutes walk from the airport which was ideal), I checked in very easily and was very sweetly given two little mangoes off the mango tree to eat in the morning. Breakfast was very generous and made upon request. The garden is very nice and chill. It is a very convenient location the night before a flight or after (would have been laughable to get a taxi from there to the airport).

Rooftop bar, friendly and helpful staff, meeting nice fellow travellers. Good value and close to the fort. Short walk from Gethsemane and the walled city.

I wish I could give 11 stars. Ten simply is not enough. The owner and his team of staff are kind, hardworking and welcoming. They took care of my every need, from the restaurant to making cuba libre cocktails whenever I wanted. If I didn't want something from the bar or restaurant I bought my own groceries with no problem. I even got my laundry completed with rapid service without extra charges. I was able to pay for everything with card. Close to Marbella Beach or just a great place to relax and waste the day. Cannot recommend this place enough. Do yourself a favor and come here. Sra. Mila and Luis are the best!
