Jesus was kind and reachable. Facilities were comfy, also the hotel was in a great location

Excellent staff good breakfast, short ride to the airport, short walk to the beach and lots of shopping and dining areas around the hotel.

Amazing staff, friendly and willing to help in every corner. They even surprised me with a slice of cake to celebrate my birthday. Amazing location also with a lot of restaurants, bars and stores around it.

Really like this hostel - we actually came back and stayed here again when we returned to Cartagena. It has a beautiful pool area and has a very relaxed feel. Everything was very clean and the room was nice with comfortable beds and curtains for the bunks. About a 20 min walk to the historic area, feels like a safe area. Big grocery store just around the corner and the kitchen is relatively well equipped to make your own meals. Room includes a free drink each night by the pool which is a great touch.

The staff! Just amazing people( everyone- cleaning ladies, in the kitchen and reception) ! Thank you very much for everything. The hotel is very cute, good service, tasty breakfast, not too far to the wall city( 25 minutes to walk or 10 minutes by taxi). A lot of restaurants and supermarkets close to this hotel. We enjoyed our stay here and really recommend this hotel!

Location excellent pretty decent price

The bed is huge! Always clean, the staff is very welcoming and nice! John was the one who checked us in and he was great for us with information and necessities !

The hotel is located close to many stores and restaurants which makes easier to walk around, beach 5 minutes away was perfect, breakfast every morning was delicious, fresh and tasty, room clean and bed comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful place in great location. Staff are nice and great at keeping the place social with lots of activities ans a whatsap group. Room was convenient with ac, convenient size, enough place and furniture and great shower with hot water (much appreciated after a week without in the coast towns around santa marta). Great rooftop and lobby. Only sort of a downside is the noise - 1 - this is a party hostel. I stayed in the first floor so didnt hear the party on the roof but there are parties there that could be problematic for light sleepers. 2 - the way it is built - colonial building with all windows facing the inner patio and shared space. So when folks made noise passing by my door or talking loudly in other floors I heard it very well. As a light sleeper I still had enough quiet time and they provide ear plugs. Also - I think everywhere in Cartagena will have some level of noisiness so..

Staff people is real kind, and will provide you a pleasant stay. Also, its location is convenient for everything you will do in Cartagena. There are also plenty options for restaurants near by. The person that works for tours is kind and gives you all the explanation and the prices are worth them. Also then price we paid for 4 nights was extremely satisfactory

Let me start off by saying .. what a great staff Viajero has ! For my first time in colombia this has been the best experience ever. The front desk team Julio has been a tremendous help as well and Andre and Laura !! Amazing front staff. Let me take you now to this Bar team, Dyanna is always smiling bringing light to the bar, David has great mixing skills at the bar. Renne bringing the crowed together and teaching the customers how to dance salsa and other cultural instrument of Colombia. Gabriel, william and Jose always taking care of the property and making sure everyeone is accommodating .
