Great hostel, 5 mins walking to center and beach! I really enjoyed my staying and I stayed much more than planned. I really liked the hosts, the hostel, the local culture, the Maestro and the "teacher" spot which is a must visit on weekends

10/10 and exactly what we were looking for! The room was clean, well looked after and the terrace was a nice addition. Carlos was an excellent host and went above and beyond when we asked if he could drop some bags off at the bost terminal. This was after our plans changed to go straight to Cartagena from the islands. In the hostel there are great places to hang out, a fairly well equipped kitchen and a nice breakfast. Rooms came with a mosquito net and two fans. Water is limited from the showers, but enough to rinse off after a day at the beach which is only 5 min walk. Dubai is a great restaurant for dinner and just around the corner. Thank you Carlos for a wonderful stay, we hope to be back one day! 🤙🤙

Perfect location in rincón del mar. You can book tours through the hostel and I did the bioluminescent plankton and island tour through them. Despite it being on the beach, the hostel was kept clean. There was an area to rinse off your body and feet/shoes before coming inside. There’s also a shared kitchen, and clotheslines on the third floor to dry your clothes which I really appreciated. Shoutout to Juan for his friendliness and for helping me get a mototaxi to leave. They also have stand up paddle board that you can rent for 40 minutes in the morning from 6-11am.
