Practically everything. The apartment is very modern and yet warm old fashion decorations. In a way like staying in a place owned by the family. The host was warm and helpful although we didn't speak much german. The neighbourhood was a quiet residential area but only 15 minutrs yo walk to the center of town along green areas.

This family-run hotel is beautifully located in green countryside in the heart of a nature reserve, just 0.9 mi outside the center of the historic town of Xanten.

I loved this villa. The location was really convenient right by the bus stop and a grocery store, and a short walk to all the attractions. The space is absolutely gorgeous and sparkling clean. One of the best parts was Sabine, the host, who was so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I was genuinely sad to leave.
