Everything !!! It was so nice and perfect for our family. Leiny welcome us to the apartment and help us with all questions.

Everything was perfect, from the moment my plane landed the owner was in contact with me until I was settled in and had everything working

I was very impressed with this room and every it included hot water work fine. And it had good ac.

Everything was close by did not really have to the hotel had everything you needed in walking distance great place and rooms. Also Guerdson was very very helpful and answered all and any of my questions or concerns.

Really enjoyed my short stay, was looking for something on the beach that was affordable. The hotel is that and more as they have their own pool. The area, within their compound, is quiet from those seeking the attention of tourists. There is a bar and breakfast but I did not make use of the restaurant even though they can prepare meals if requested in advance. The room was clean, there was TV, AC and I had a beachfront room so I could sit on the balcony and work. Wifi was reliable and I am certain if I had inquired the family would have assisted me as best possible within reason. For example, when I went on a swim to the beach they asked if a wanted a towel ad advised me not to leave anything outside the gated area or risk loosing it.

The apartment was clean, spacious and modern. Arguably our best stay in the DR after 3 very unpleasant experiences with Airbnbs. The staff went above and beyond to help us with any requests even though we stayed only one night. Really loved the balcony, how safe and peaceful the property was, especially given that it was so close to the beach. The host and staff were so responsive! We had everything we needed and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend as a well-equipped stay in Boca Chica!

All area is excellent for me and my spouse. Room 100% clean and comfortable. Beach very relaxing. Breakfast area excellent and comfortable. Security is very good.
