Convenient location. Close to restaurants and stores.

The gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. He not only booked our reservation for dinner but he also booked our taxi for the next morning. He didn't outstanding job. He also packed a picnic breakfast for the next day because we were leaving before the restaurant opened. The customer service was outstanding!

The absolutely beautiful location, right in front of the beach! we had our breakfast a step away from the beautiful playa de levante. It was the best ever to wake up to. The buffet breakfast was also exceptional! everything you wanted and fresh was there and of course, the outdoor terrace to eat was awesome!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Centrally located in the city centre. Nice and clean. Key box so late arrival no problem just inform about arrival time

Very clean and tidy , bed was super comfy ,bonus air con , location was perfect walking distance too shops supermarket an beach front , lots nice cafes around for morning coffee , even better right next door to market on a Saturday an Monday , got try out the cooked chicken an ribs dynamite , plus host super friendly lovely couple , some amazing restaurants , Chinese tasty lovely staff, Italian stunning , tapas bars yum yum the list goes on , water sports , ten min bus ride too safari water park ,

Apartment is comfortable, it has 2 powerful and excellent Air conditioners which keep the property cool even on the hottest days. Centrally located in Gran Alacant, close to many bars and restaurants. Nice private area.

Location of Property,and balcony for our dog with a canopy to roll down to keep it shaded.

The staff from manager to cleaner were all so helpful,kind and could really not do enough for me. The restaurant and bar a joined to the hotel was fantastic,although not part of the hotel had exceptional food and service which would have put the savoy to shame. All in all l had a wonderful stay.
