I love the hotel itself and its location

Smooth check in and check out The receptionists were very helpful But man the location is perfect you have like practically a privet beautiful beach next to you The room are fair and the view in amazing Breakfast and dinner were fair Its just a perfect hotel For family and kids

Meals were delicious and staff was professional and helpful. We got a room upgrade since it was the season with great views.

Spacious apartment with kitchen, location is really close to the sea, with lovely animation for kids and friendly stuff. Breakfast was good, half price for children.

This hotel is a little gem.. of all the times we’ve visited Santa ponsa it was our 1st time staying here, great location, basic but clean, shower was amazing, staff were lovely couldn’t do enough for us! The food was brilliant, great value for money aswell, pool was just what we needed, music around pool during day! Everyone we met staying there were lovely. Would defo go back

What a lovely hotel! The STAFF are warm-hearted, always ready to take care of you, and radiate a familial (uncle/cousin-like) kindness. The breakfasts (8AM to 10AM) had all the essentials which you might need (fruits, cereal grains, eggs, cold cuts, baguettes, sweets, etc) and are served nicely. There's always free coffee/tea and mineral water available all day (even at night). The SURROUNDINGS have beautiful and healthy plants, the color scheme of the hotel interior has a feminine aesthetic (not girly, just calming). It's kept spotless clean. The ROOMS have air conditioning and cute small balconies. The room-to-room sound insulation was good. And the LOCATION is perfect: quiet street, in walking distance from the beach, grocery shops, and restaurants. There's a bus station (107, 103) close by that take you to Palma. If you rent a car there's a public parking lot next to a school, close to the hotel.

The most impressive thing for me personally is the open buffet breakfast. It was something that I missed till this day. The staff are friendly and the service is outstanding. In short words you are getting the best value for a 3 stars Hotel my friend

The architecture of the property is super nice and cute. Nice view from the balcony. The location of Santa Ponta is alive and good for people who want to party or stay up late in bars/restaurants, since its not quiet place.

Cozy place to chill. Quiet. Suitable for 40+ people. Nice pool. Apartment was modern, spacious and very clean. All appliances were working, no sign of wear.. Staff was very nice and helpful. Thanks to Ana and the cleaning ladies.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional, especially the concierge team (Necve ) they were incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended!
