Easy to find, accessible parking. Comfortable room - once you get to it. Good shower. Breakfast was ok. We stayed in the Jules Verne themed room, that was comfortable and very airy even though a little small. It may be that we missed the point of the lobby, there are several nods to Harry Potter in the decoration, but it felt quite unwelcoming with a large screen separating the staff from the paying public, perhaps this was trying to mimic buying a train ticket, or simply left over from COVID?

I loved that there were three double bedrooms and a bath and a dishwasher. I loved the saucepan quality and knives. Also the pool was so close by and heated. Parentis en Born is a short distance away with ample supermarkets and is a very charming place.

I lvoed the staff who spoke very good English and tried to accommodate every request we made (we did not make many). They were kind and made sure our room was cleaned every day (and it was). Large room with more than enough space for all of our luggage. It was in the center of Biscarrosse, so very close to evderything. The staff helped arrange us for a rental car during out stay. The rooms were as advertised and were even more spacious than their picutres on Bookings.com.
