We were in room 3. It was spotlessly clean and very contemporary. The hosts were really nice and kind and went above and beyond to be helpful when asked. The breakfasts were great, and the location was ideal for us - close to the seaside and near RHS Rosemore Gardens. Would definitely recommend it.

The host Stephen made us feel very welcome. We stayed in room 3 with a huge bed that was very comfortable, bathroom was lovely and kitchenette area functional. Nice gardens to relax in too. Breakfast was wonderful served in a hamper. Everything was clean and beautifully presented. Location is great, feels as if you’re deep in the country but only minutes drive from seaside. Highly recommended.

It was self-catering. The view was great (seafront). I would book the same Caravan again. We enjoyed the location, not far from the beach, within walking distance, and would like to go again.
