Great family dynamics. Very compassionate, attend to all your needs. Alex his brother Chris always with a smile. Did everything to please us. My wife and I thank them immensely.

Everything listed earlier and It was located in front of the beach and restaurant, we had everything we needed right there.

This is an exceptional place to stay, not just an ordinary good hotel. From the moment you arrive (and we arrived very late!) Maria makes you feel welcomed. The house is an oasis in the middle of nature, on walking distance (700m to Katelios beach. The suites are extraordinary, from the linens used to the pillows and even the hangers! all is zen. Nice toiletries, slippers and robe, all has been thought of. The swimming pool has the perfect temperature even in July, sunbeds perfect with thick cushions and as there are only a few rooms you are mostly by yourself. Breakfast is served on the patio by Maria at your table, everyday eggs and/or bacon, pastries, veggies, some sweets and fresh fruit juice. We loved the quietness of the place, we certainly will be back, thank you Maria for your kind attention to all our needs ! We stayed over a week and visited the whole island from there, although not always close by, but we loved to travel through nature, which is fantastic and silent.

It was calm and peaceful place. The staff were so kind and helpful and the place had lots of cats which was a joy to pet. The food was also amazing!

Everything, clean, very nice host - very helpfull. Great breakfast delivered in to the room every morning. Private parking on the spot. Pet friendly. We got even room upgrade. Near beaches/restaurants. 10 of 10. 🙂

Fabulous rooms, everything you needed and very clean.

My in-laws stayed at Alegria, and they said they had everything they could need. Also, they appreciated a lot that the staff were really nice and helpful. A thing that's worth mentioning: there are no street lights on the road that leads to the hotel (from the taverns/beach) so if you visit Alegria it's a good thing to have a flashlight with you for after it gets dark.

It is a very nice place to stay. The hotel is very well maintained and clean. The bed was very confortable. The room was spacious and well equiped. Chris, the owner, was a very nice host - very kind, helpful and professional. I recommend this hotel if you visit Kefalonia. And even Katelios is indeed a bit far from the main attractions on the island, we really enjoyed our rides to various places. For us, Aligis will certainly be a an option on our next visit to this beautiful island

Very central, with a balcony on the main square of Skala There is a small kitchen corner with nespresso, tea, fridge and some cutlery and plate to eat something cold (Don’t expect oven or cooking station), which I appreciated very much, also bathrobe and beach towels available are a plus

The staff at Porto Skala Hotel was extremely welcoming and kind! Beautiful smiles and so helpful with anything! The morning breakfast buffet was vast and whoever was in the kitchen definitely enjoyed making deserts (even for breakfast!). The small beach in front of the hotel was breathtakingly beautiful! The pool was a perfect place for a family with kids to relax/have fun!

Located literally two minutes from the pier with ferry. Also had his own parking. balcony. And cafeteria which offered food not just sweets and grilled cheese. I travel with a dog and they went to extra length to accommodate her.
