Okeanis Apartments & Suites – Adults Only is a small boutique self-catering property in Katelios, offering a peaceful stay in four individual units with a shared outdoor pool, sun terrace and gardens. Set in a quiet semi-rural location, the property overlooks the surrounding countryside, Katelios village, the Ionian Sea and Zakynthos. Katelios beach, harbour, tavernas, cafés, bakery and mini market are approximately 750 metres away, around a 9–10 minute walk downhill. The return route is mostly level, but the final 90 metres are gently uphill and may feel tiring in hot weather. Guests with limited mobility or reduced walking endurance should consider this before booking. Each unit includes a 160 × 200 cm double bed, private shower room, air conditioning, dining area, mini-fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, filter and espresso coffee facilities, dishware, glassware and flat-screen TV. The kitchenette is suitable for breakfast and light meal preparation; there is no oven or conventional cooking hob. Complimentary Starlink Wi-Fi and pool towels are provided. A shared self-service washing machine is available free of charge in the garden area. The two ground-floor open-plan studios have furnished terraces with access to the garden and shared pool area. The two upper-floor suites have private furnished balconies with sea, pool and countryside views. Some units also include a sofa; please review the individual room details before booking. Housekeeping is provided on a scheduled basis and is not a daily hotel-style service. The property operates with self-check-in and has no reception, concierge or dedicated luggage-storage facility. There is no private or designated parking. Free public street parking is available nearby, subject to availability. The entrance must remain clear and may be used only briefly for luggage unloading. A car is recommended for exploring Kefalonia.

Day trips to Ithaca are available from Sami, while southern Kefalonia offers sandy beaches and warmer waters and the north is known for dramatic landscapes and clear pebble beaches. Katelios is especially suitable for guests looking for a peaceful seaside setting, authentic local dining and easy access to both the south coast and the wider island.
