Great location, friendly staff, nice accommodations, and the pool and property were awesome.

Everything was perfect! Tidy rooms, good wifi, balcony, street parking below the house and the best thing was Marie and Dimitri, the kindest people I've ever met. The location is excellent if you want to visit the beaches by car or by bus, since the bus stop is in front of the house. The beds were comfy for a 1.9m person and there were two pillows so it was even more comfortable. Our room didn't have a kitchen, but there was a fridge, kettle and a small toaster which is more than enough. Every room has an air conditioner.

Everything. Breathtaking views, private beach, pure nature. Almost too good to be true ! Only 10 minutes walking to Neo Kilma center, which is the best base if you are planning to explore the amazing Skopelos island and beaches!

Stamatiou Estate was more than we expected. The room was extra clean and comfortable for two persons. And the view from the terrace was breathtaking. The owners made every extra effort to make us feel safe during Hurricane Daniel and was always present whenever we needed anything. Room was cleaned daily. When we will return to Skopelos, we will stay again on this Estate for sure.

We loved everything about this property! The views the location and the staff were so so sweet! Additionally it is located within walking distance to restaurants and the beach!

The room was a delight of comfortness and the host was a really friendly and genuine woman. The sofa bed was really comfy we didn't wanted to get up, it added an extra level to our relaxation for the holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped, with two kind of toasters (that we really appreciated), an air fryer, a stove, fridge. It was perfectly clean and the towels changed. It is close to the village beach but it isn't a nice beach, we preferred the well known beaches of Skopelos which are 10-15 min drive from Neo Klima (most of them are on the west side of the island so we choose Neo Klima strategically to that and were satisfied with the decision because later we spend 2 nights in Skopelos town and from there to get to those beaches is 30-40 min drive - west side has less winds and waves as well). We had terrace that was overlooking to the sea and just amazing view to have the morning coffee with, very quiet area also, 10/10 would recommend.

The host, George is very kind, the room is nice and extra clean, everything is new and in working order and we had a nice view from the terrace to the sea. And the fridge is big, which is extra important. All in all, extra value for money, highly recommended from us.

Everything was absolutely fantastic! The property is immaculate and they keep everything stocked daily. It is only minutes away from some great restaurants and a few supermarkets. The little town and beaches are the perfect experience and the villa tops it all off. It really is the total package with the ocean view, private pool, and the private and relaxing experience. Tania and her team were so welcoming and created a wonderful environment, and she helped us set up a cab for the morning we departed. We stayed 5 nights, and if we could have stayed 5 more we would have!

The house was great, very spacious with a well equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a small pool in the garden and a balcony.

The location is great , close to everything. Parking available for ur scooter or a car and very easy access to it . Restaurants /shops and the sea is just a few easy minutes away . The owners are extremely polite and super clean / tidy and respectful. The AC is working perfectly which was important to me .

The rooms were new, renovated, and very clean. Housekeeping came every day. The location of the accommodation is ideal, close to the port where the ferry arrives and near the town center. The breakfast was solid—more or less the same every day, but still varied enough not to become boring quickly. The pool is nice, but the artificial grass around it gives a slightly cheap impression. However, we didn’t swim because the pool closes at 6, and we spent the days at the beach. All the people working at the hotel were super nice. The hotel garden and plants were beautiful, as well as the place intended for breakfast and meals.

The staff was consistently helpful, warm and welcoming. The hotel lobby and grounds were charming and meticulous. Our room was spacious and well appointed.
