The magnificent view from our bedroom window over the Pagasitikos Gulf, and the spacious apartment. The handmade sweets that Mrs Anna prepared for us in the kitchen (melomakarona, kourampiedes and walnut pie), along with the handmade marmelade, was just the cherry on top!

My second visit at Zenia , and I will return for sure during my next visit in wonderful Pelion ! Simply perfect , in everything !!! Great facilities , all you need (and may think you need) is part of the prepared facilities to the guests. Kitchen has everything , welcoming package is waiting for you upon your check in. The access to the property might look difficult at first , but drive slowly and carefully and you will be fine. Perfect sleeping (the mattress is tough which is great , but it's really depends what you like) , white and clean bedding, very clean and organized bathroom. The hosts are amazing and very kind, willing to help in everything , always with a smile and caring about your stay. The house has 3 bedrooms , with 3 double beds , so can easily fit to 6 ppl . Zenia house located in the very quite location , within walking distance to nearest beach , and short drive distance from greatest Pelion beaches.

It was perfect! The apartment is on the second floor, right on the beachfront. Spacious and fully equipped with everything you might need ,a complete kitchen, cozy bedding, luxurious soaps, Netflix, and even a PlayStation. There’s a large yard with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, including a grill. They even provide beach floats, mattresses, and kayaks. everything you need for a fun day at the sea. But most importantly, the hosts are absolutely wonderful! The owner baked us a fresh, delicious pastry every morning for breakfast, gave us great local tips, and treated us with so much kindness and warmth. We’ll definitely be back, it truly made our vacation special. Highly recommended!

Modern, spacious, quiet and clean. Set in a beautifully maintained garden environment. Private, gated parking. Close to a beach. Kind and welcoming host. Had a wonderful stay.

Surely it fits the name of resort. The property is in a secluded area with many olive and orange trees and if you are in the mood, just pick and try some. The property is meticulously maintained and all you need to do is the just lay on the chairs in your patio or in the yard to enjoy the sun, fresh air and fragrant orange flowers smell.

What truly stood out was the exceptional kindness of the staff — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The property is impeccably clean, and the view is simply breathtaking. I was delighted to receive an upgrade upon arrival, which made the stay even more memorable. This is my go-to hotel, ideally located close to everything, with a wonderful selection of seafood restaurants just steps away.

The villa was very clean with a great taste of decor. The location is great, both close to the sea and for trips around Pelion. The villa was fully equipped with all the kitchen equipment needed. There are also restaurants just outside the villa. We enjoyed our stay so much.

Service was outstanding – the staff were extremely friendly and always ready to fulfill every request immediately. The hotel is very tidy and well maintained. During our 8-day stay we tried nearly half of the restaurant menu and discovered unforgettable dishes, such as the Enalion salad and the shrimp burger. Breakfast was exceptional – generous and varied beyond expectations. Each morning we enjoyed different types of eggs (one always boiled), ham and cheese, fresh bread, pie, olives, two kinds of sweets, yogurt, a selection of jams and marmalades, plenty of butter, honey, cocoa cream, as well as fresh vegetables and fruits. To drink, there was always freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee or tea, and water. A special mention goes to the lady who served breakfast during our stay. She was much more than a waitress – she truly entertained our 1-year-old, chatting, playing, and even switching on the ventilators for him. Her kindness made our mornings memorable. The beach is only a few meters away, with the option to have your own reserved spot. We stayed in room no. 4 on the upper floor and enjoyed an exceptional sea view.

Excellent location with free parking available on the premises. I also noticed the option for electric vehicle charging. The accommodation is close to both the nightlife area and the shopping district. Although it's on a main road, the rooms are quiet, spacious, and clean—very comfortable for working as well. They are equipped with a small kitchenette, refrigerator, and coffee machine. Breakfast is good and varied, with excellent yogurt. I found the balcony with a table and chairs very convenient for working in the cool evening air.
