Beach Hotels in Poljana

It was a great place to unwind. A 15-20 walk from town where you find restaurants and cafes. Near a small grocery store to buy essentials for breakfast. We went mid April and the weather was sunny and cool. Marijana , the host, was a delight and we shared some Turkish coffee on our terrace the first day. We walked to the other towns and the castle.

​We absolutely loved every moment of our trip. The house was spotlessly clean and incredibly well-equipped. it truly offered everything a guest could possibly need, making it feel like a home away from home. ​Our host Milena, was exceptional. She was super kind and responsive, answering all our questions and ensuring a perfect stay. ​We also enjoyed the location. The neighborhood is calm and peaceful, and the genuinely friendly locals added to the relaxing atmosphere. ​We will certainly be returning with our family and will enthusiastically recommend this wonderful place to anyone planning a visit to the Zadar area. Thank you for the fantastic hospitality!

Clean - private - comfortable, plus close to the beach and town center of Preko. Perfect place for a quiet weekend. The beach was the biggest surprise. Sandy bottom stretched several hundred feet into the calm sea with water no higher than our waist. Perfect!

Excellent new hotel; tasteful and unpretentious decor; fantastic location for island exploring by foot or car; center of town, overlooking the marina, and minutes from the ferry-port; enthusiastic staff; tasty local breakfast.

This property is beautifully decorated, with a restaurant on site and beautiful views of the quaint village of Kali. It’s a family run operation and feels just like home. The hospitality is a perfect 10.

The location, the presentation, everything

This place was genuinely clean, I have skin rashes and I am particular about cleanliness. This was 10/10. I saw the cleaners everyday cleaning. The room had curtains as you see in the pictures for privacy and I love it!! I didn’t have a problem finding a bathroom that was free, because every floor has bathrooms , if your floor is full you can always go to the next floor! It was easy to be out at night without worrying because the center is full of tourist and the hostel is in the middle of the city. Easy to access and again safe at night. The staff was professionally, helpful, and they manager care about the hotel and the people.

They were very friendly and it was in the center.
