The property is about 2000m2,with plenty olive trees around the house.It is very peacefull with no house in vicinity so you can relax maximum in the pure untachable nature of the island.There is a big swimming pool with antistream circulation of water dimension 10×3,5×1,5m with very large accomodation around and with toilet and shower room only for place of swimming pool.From swimming pool there is a beautiful view on Zadar channel.Parking place is secured for 3 cars.There is also very big outside barbacue place with outside kitchen and big table .
My name is Mario i am family man.I have wife Petra and daughter Karla.
Very peacefull with no noise.All house around are family houses.The village is very small with only 250 people living there all year.Mostly in summer season plenty visitors comes and then in the centre of village it can be very live.Little dream is by walking distance 5 -8 minutes from the centre and the beach.
