The staff was amazing. Hijer was so kind, so helpful, and such a welcoming person. I felt safe and comfortable as a female and solo traveler, which is very important. It was in a great location near the beach, medical centers, and a short walk from the main strip with restaurants and corner stores. My room was cleaned everyday and they made sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for simple accommodation short or long term.

A beautiful and well-designed resort located in the northern part of Lombok. It’s a bit off the beaten path, but that’s exactly what makes it so peaceful and relaxing. The resort offers everything you might need – there’s an excellent restaurant, a pool, a spa, and they can arrange laundry service, scooter rentals, or transport to the town, the nearby Lombok Wildlife Park, or the harbour. They also helped us organize snorkeling trips to the Gili Islands, which was a great experience. The accommodation consists of small bungalows that are cozy, clean, and well-equipped. The staff were kind, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant staff were especially friendly, making us feel truly welcome. We felt really comfortable here and genuinely enjoyed our stay.

The atmosphere at this place is unique. We were looking for a quiet place to get relaxed and this one couldn’t have been better. The owners and the staff are so nice, kind and friendly. The food they make is delicious and the prices are great, we ate there literally everyday. The included breakfast is really good. They also have great coffee on the menu. The villas are beautiful and cozy, with their own terraces to chill out, surrounded of trees and plants, so you get a good privacy. They also offer laundry service for a great price and have some bikes for rent. We really enjoyed our time here. If we ever come back to Lombok, this will be our place for sure.

The property was pristine and beautiful! On arrival, they greeted us with a flower necklace and delicious tea, we felt so welcomed! We booked the least expensive room, but were not delighted...so we asked about getting changed. They offered us an amazing suite with a private pool for $30 USD more per night - and we LOVED it! (We even tried to stay an extra night, but flights were sold out, to our great disappointment.) Communicating with staff was easy via Whatsapp, and they were very responsive (all departments reached with one number.) The restaurant was open to the beach, even had a few tables in the sand, and was clean and delicious. The massage was good and reasonable, but not cheap, like in local places. They offered to get us a car to go to the airport for $50 USD, but we got a Gojek for around $35. (Gojek or Bluebird taxis are less available in the area, but we were able to get one without a problem.)

Amazing and exciting food, beautiful rooms, and the most attentive and flexible staff made our stay perfect. Information about activity options and meal choices were provided electronically on a daily basis, so everything fell into place perfectly. The staff at this property focused on every detail.

The grounds were absolutely beautiful and well arranged with all the buildings and amenities. We loved the pool and poolside loungers. It was fun to bring out the karaoke machine and sing around the pool. It was fun having the pool table and badminton court. We loved the spa services on-site. The private beach was awesome and the kayaks fun to have. The staff was so attentive and accommodating, met all our needs, and made our stay very special. It was fun to interact and get to know some of them. The entire staff participated in an unforgettable anniversary celebration for us on the beach with a huge bonfire, music, dancing, and fireworks....so much fun! We also like the commemorative coconut tree planting. The well lit grounds at night and security was also appreciated.

Our stay at The Jiwa was truly special. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely relaxed. The villa is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views, an amazing pool, and a peaceful atmosphere that made it hard to leave. We loved waking up to the calm surroundings,(like Gili Islands) enjoying the sunsets, and simply disconnecting from everyday life. The Jiwa gave us exactly what we were looking for: comfort, privacy, and unforgettable memories.

I totally fell in love with the chill vibe and the relaxed feeling of the place. The design and the folks working there are so cool. I happened to show up at just the right time when everything was slowed down. Met the owner, Arda, who's super charismatic and has big plans. We had a great chat about business and the mix of Indonesian and Malaysian cultures. I'm definitely coming back here for sure. If you looking for a place to have some peace of your mind. We had a wonderful stay at Chillout Bungalows. The room was great, and the bathroom was super spacious — we loved the outdoor shower! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. The breakfast was good, and the location is unbeatable — just in front of the beach. They also have beach chairs available, and the whole space is super comfortable to relax in. We highly recommend it!

What a gem! The rooms were very spacious as were the bathrooms. The food at the restaurant was excellent. The breakfasts were very generous. And the beach area offered many options between tables and chairs and sun beds. The staff was incredibly friendly.
