Great staff, always smiling and always greet you, the hotel looks amazing, we had a room on the ground floor with direct acces to the pool, the staff clean the room every morning, changing the sheets, refill the consumables, they help you with everything you need, tours, taxis, the breakfast is very good, everyday you get something new, plenty of options, even for vegans, they have a gym, spa, massages, you can rent scooters directly from the hotel, the location is great, you have a circle k store just across the street, with an ATM, many resturants for all budgets, many clubs, you have 3 beaches in walking distance and even a mall

central location between Canggu and Seminyak and close ( 5 minute walk )to Batu Belig Beach - very nice staff , follow traditional balinese values and try to make your stay as good as possible - breakfast

Great spot right on Seminyak Beach. The pool scene is fun, staff are friendly and attentive, and the seafront restaurant is a nice touch for meals with a view.

Beautiful facility! Breakfast was great. Super amazing staff. This staff helped me when my son and I were sick. I will forever be grateful for their acts of kindness and hospitality. It was convenient to be able to text the staff, order room service, and ask for help when we needed it. They were always helpful with directions, doctor recommendations and helping with anything that concerned us. Best place we stayed at in Bali. Would come again. Don’t forget to ask to feed the fish!

Perfekt hotell with great friendly staff. Superb lokation

I had a bad fall before i got there they provided a wheelchair ,and breakfast and dinner to my room and got a man to go over the road to buy things for me ,i have stayed ther ea few times always great service.

The staff were all exceptional! Marlon was tremendous from the moment we checked-in until the very end, he made sure we had everything we needed. Also the interior decor was very fitting for each room. I loved that each day we got different local snacks in our room the littles do matter! The food was very flavorful from breakfast to dinner.

Beautiful setting, great infinity pool, excellent service, great breakfast buffet. Had dinner at hotel once and it was amazing!
