Situated strategically in prime & central "Kerobokan - Seminyak" districts just a minutes away from the lively Jl. Mertanadi with vibrant shops, cafes & restaurants. The Loft is located on a main access road (Jl. Bidadari II). There are Villas, residential houses, and small commercial businesses near by. Bali is currently experiencing a period of revitalization. Various development are taking place, including within the vicinity of the loft. Consequently, it is possible to encounter some reasonable construction noise during typical working hours. 5-minute walk to the lively “Jalan Mertanadi” full of shops, cafes & restaurants. 15-minute walk to the famous “Jalan Raya Seminyak” with more shops, cafes & restaurants. 10 - 12 minute short drive to “Seminyak” and “Petitenget” beaches. 18-minute walk to the vibrant “Jalan Raya Petitenget” with even more shops, restaurants, cafes, and nightlife entertainment. 20-minute drive to the hip “Canggu” area and “Berawa” beach.
