It is good but there is no services provided what they mentioned... We stayed 2 nights there.. Ac was not working properly.. i complained about it but still they didn't work properly.. the agennt did not pick up call.. they promised me for refund..bt they still not refund..

This villa was so lovely and perfectly maintained! The staff who met us were delightful, caring and helpful and available any time to help us. We were a group of 3 friends staying down for a tournament and we were so impressed. Bed so comfy, spotless kitchen and bathrooms, whole villa actually spotless and cute interiors.

We arrived a little early and the staff was very cooperative and helped us checkin a day earlier, which saved us a lot of hassle. The property is located at a very convenient spot and everything was very accessible from there. Every facility was provided. The washrooms were clean and the breakfast is free for all guests. We will surely visit again and choose this spot. There are a lot of small beaches around this place to watch a quiet sunset.

Confortable and clean apartment with all the necessary things ,good location near the beach and some grocery stores ,any problem the owner was helpful fast ….great for family and friends … We would be again without doubt …

The location was perfect for exploring Goa while still being peaceful and relaxing. The attentive and competent staff at reception and housekeeping, always helpful and fulfilling guests whishes. The beautiful furnished room, the spacious terrasse with view in palm trees and garden. Close to the beach.
