Property is located very near to the church and the beach staff was good room was neat and clean 24 hrs hotwater available and good water and worth for money view is ultimate in the room

We stayed there for 2 days every day the same food, please consider kerala food if you can

I stayed at Hotel Mary Land in Velankanni and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all necessary amenities. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the bathroom was clean with consistent hot water, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel at home. Their local knowledge was very helpful in planning my visits to the church and nearby areas. Overall, Hotel Mary Land offers fantastic value for money, great comfort, and genuine hospitality. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Velankanni, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Hotel was walkable distance from the church and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. Staff is very helpful and cooperative. Room was spacious and on request the staff provides additional bed. Open Parking is available as well. Overall, it was a very good experience for us.

We took a triple bed room. I have been coming here from past 6 years. Very friendly and decent family people are allowed. Quiet and calm. Good parking space, friendly staff. Always at our service.Reasonable price. I recommend for safe stay
