The unit is an updated designer decorated apartment above the hosts Tuscan old house. It has a separate stair entrance. The setting and the garden, the glass house in it are beautiful, impecable and with good taste. Giulio and Massimo were very accommodating and helpful. We asked if they could help us find a truffle hunting and they were able to arrange one that was fantastic. We left with lots of large black truffles and a few small whites. Giulio drove all the way to another city to the meeting place to make sure we found our guide, and Bella the dog. Gave us lots of local suggestions. We had everything we needed in the apartment, lots of Nespresso pods, teas, there was even some pasta but we did not cook. The heat was great as well. I left some medicines and Giulio offered to mail them when he found them but I did not need them. We hope to return, even fantasizing with spending a month there and becoming more “Tuscan”. Great location, few minutes away from Lucca, also close to Pisa, central location.

The hosts are lovely - warm, friendly and wanting to ensure that we had a good time. You can spend time in you air-conditioned room at any time of the day and the bed is very comfortable. There's delicious home-cooked food available in the evening Thursday to Sunday, including pizza, grilled fish, stuffed mussels and a lovely shaded eating area at the back of the house. Breakfast is also really good.

B&B da Luisa enjoys a location in Torre del Lago Puccini, 10 miles from Leaning Tower of Pisa and 24 miles from Livorno Port.

Location next to the beach is perfect. Location next to the Pisa was also perfect for us. Staff was nice and helpful. Free parking in the yard was very helpful for us.
