Beach Hotels in Ostuni

The hotel is located in a charming Italian summer holiday neighborhood. The hotel is larger than it appears with 3 pools, Padel court and its own beach. The dining is great at the hotel and on the beach with a nice cocktail bar with live music in the evenings. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Clean, spacious, comfortable room. Nice white cotton sheets and towels. Big breakfast. Big free parking lot in front of the property. Beautiful calm atmosphere. AC works perfect. Free cold water.

excellent and plentiful breakfast . the ladies who served breakfast were very kind , helpful .location was excellent and cannot get better ! very close to town. Rooms very big and spacious. although very close to town the rooms were very quite and peaceful.

We had a beautiful stay. The grounds are stunning and well maintain. The grass and palm trees are lush and very green. We absolutely loved the pool and the size of it. Its very chillig and relaxing. On some nights there was life music outside. One night there was a performance at the amphitheater on the grounds. There is a beach set up with chairs and umbrellas for a short few minutes walk, or take the hotel shuttle to it. We took a few times our car. plenty of free parking. The all included breakfast buffet was delicious. I can highly recommend it.

Unique and that location was not in the busy touristy section.

The perfect location! Right in the old town but no stairs requiered to access (many stays do). Our longest walk was 10 minutes! Super clean and comfy, towels and linens smelled amazing, we had coffee and tea for every day of our stay and some snacks, juice and water. Grazia (the manager) was AMAZING, she gave her recommendations, drove us from the station and back, she was super attentive and so nice!

You could walk to several nearby wild beaches and enjoy privacy at least mid-May.

You can’t beat the location. The space is cute and gives you everything you need, just enough space to relax but so much that you get too comfortable that you get stuck in doors.

this was not a bnb per say, it was a mini resort that had everything. francesco who owns the property is very hands on, there every day. first day you get a greet email explaining everything and even suggesting where to eat. we took him up in two places for dinner and drinks that were spot on. breakfast in the morning was a full italian / mini american buffet. the rooms were big and spacious, the pool / lounge was super clean and you had access to a wine bar…..spectacular!!!!

We liked everything about this property. Location, room, amenities and staff. Great value for a family vacation. We would definitely come back.

It was the perfect location for exploring Ostuni . It was very clean and the proprietor was very helpful and friendly adding to a great stay in Ostuni.

Beautiful Masseria- charming yet also smart and wonderful suites made all the more welcoming by the family/ staff- could not recommend highly enough!

We, two adults and a five-year-old, stayed at Nonna Maria close to Ostuni for two weeks and loved every second of it. After arriving quite late in the evening our host welcomed us warmly and showed us around the estate. The premises include a well-maintained pool, garden with fig, olive and almond trees, huge terrace where we spent quite some time enjoying the southern Italian summer in pure nature and tranquility. The location of the house gave us so many opportunities to explore Salento and specifically check out lots of beaches on the Adriatic but also on the Ionian coast. Our hosts were very supportive and attentive when we had questions or needed something. Overall it was a great vacation and we would always love to return to Nonna Maria.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable — the bed and pillows were great. The view is absolutely breathtaking, one of the best I've seen anywhere, and the location is perfect: just a short walk to the city center and some really lovely restaurants. Ah and the pool is nice and fairly clean. The parking spot is a bit tight and best suited for skilled drivers, but even that wasn’t an issue thanks to Ago — the host is incredibly helpful and always ready to assist. Honestly, Ago is the heart of this place — kind, welcoming, and truly goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The breakfast was also fantastic, a great way to start each day. Highly recommend — this place feels like home, with a host that makes all the difference.

#1 is Guiseppe. Super caring host wanted to make sure everything is in order. Location is very local in small neighborhood next to beach. You have all your basic needs, 3 restaurants, 2 beaches (one large one with umbrellas for rent), 1 supermarket, playground, all within 2 min walk. Nice rooftop terrace

The sea view, the food and wine, the comfort of our room, and more importantly the genuine feeling of being welcomed by the entire team working at the resort. I feel like at home.

The man at the reception desk was extremely helpful. We had a sea view room. Great patio to sit outside. Nice amenities like blackout shades. Nice size room. Very good value.
