Holiday house in the city centre. 4 sleeps, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen, balcony and panoramic terrace with outdoor shower. Tv, washing machine, internet wi-fi. In thé area there are bars, markets, clubs and all the services. Independent entrance.

Close to the main public garden of the city, nearby the house you have: bars, supermarket, bike shop, newspapers shop, pizzeria, banks. The position of the house gives you the chance to be in few minutes in the commercial area as in the hystorical centre.
