Beautiful place, great view, superb breakfast

The property is located in a small picturesque village in the mountains. The hotel is small, cozy, stylish and new. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and various. We’ve stayed there just for one night, but we really enjoyed being there

I really enjoyed my stay here! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had a wonderful view. The location was perfect, and the host was very kind and helpful with quick communication. I will definitely come back again in the future and highly recommend this place to others.

The view is amazing, the property looks exactly like the picture or even a little bit better, but the big difference is the host. Mr. Gerardo is the best host I have ever met in my entire life. He proactively proposed to take us from the ferry to the accommodation, he took us to a supermarket to grab some water and necessities because the main market is a bit far, but there is a smaller one in Pontone. He even went an extra mille and when I kindly asked him to write a little message for my mama because it was her birthday, he even bought champagne, orange juice and sweets. Our stay in Pontone was absolutely perfect! The apartment was comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was amazing, with breathtaking views, local bar, restaurant and walking access to the Amalfi Coast, Ravello, Scala, etc. A very special thanks to Angela, who was the most wonderful host we could have asked for. She was kind, welcoming, always helpful, and made us feel at home from the very first moment.

Location, away from amalfi crowds and the views are breathtaking! The place was spotless, so clean. Guida left many breakfast items, waters, even sauce and pasta with optional wine. She was very responsive and patient with my numerous questions. Did I mention there is a rooftop lounging area.

This was the best place for our family of 8 to enjoy the beautiful coast. Antonio is the most helpful, kind host who goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and easy. He provides detailed instructions on transportation. You can walk to Amalfi, use the bus, and he also set up private transfers for us when needed. We loved enjoying the town of Pontone away from the busyness of Amalfi with the accessibility of being downtown in 25 minutes. The best place to stay!

Spacious apartment in a great location. There is a restaurant 2 minute walk away and you’re only 10 min from Amalfi/Atrani and less than 10 min from Ravello. beautiful views from the terrace and the host was able to accommodate a later check in.

Views from the location were beautiful. Also a variety of good restaurants in the area to choose from. There is a SITA bus that can take you to the main Amalfi port where you can basically bus to anywhere on the Amalfi Coast for really cheap and avoid very expensive taxis.

The place has an awesome view, very clean and homely. We had a wonderful time. The host Mr. Gerardo was very helpful throughout from after booking to stay.

I don't really have much to add to all the other reviews - other than I agree with their 5 star ratings. I spent a week in the apartment and really like it. The view from the apartment is amazing, with no roads or buildings to spoil it. Just a wonderful view down to Minori and to Salerno in the distance. And since it doesn't overlook a road, it was quiet enough on the terrace in the evening to hear the distant church bells, and even some crowing roosters. Re: the host. If I could give 6 stars to Guido, I would. In fact, to Guido and all the members of his family that I met - including Romero. They were all kind, welcoming, and obviously wanted to make my stay in Ravello a memorable one - which they accomplished. The highest compliment I can pay Guido, and this property, is I would return there without hesitation.

The view was incomparable. The room was spacious and very comfortable. All the staff were gracious and helpful. The breakfast offered many selections. The breakfast room was large and uncrowded and had the most incredible view.

The view was breathtaking and the room was really nice. We had really good breakfast as well during our stay there. Definitely worth staying here.

This apartment far exceeded our expectations. It was very large, super clean, and absolutely stunning views. It was perfect for our family and the host was very responsive and helpful for any questions we had.

We loved the view, the building, the closeness to the bus, and the friendliness of the staff person who was so friendly. Wish we had taken time to use the pool.

The kind and welcoming hospitality of the staff and the phenomenal views made our stay in Ravello memorable. Our room was well appointed, clean, and had all of the necessities. All of the attractions were within walking distance with Villa Cimbrone being only a 5 minute walk away. The property offered a delicious, complimentary breakfast each morning with eggs, and the option to dine for lunch/snack for a reasonable additional charge. The staff was very proactive about communicating how to get to the property and where to park our car.

I booked Casa Dei Venti for the View, the privacy and the location to things I wanted to do in the area! Amalfi, Atrani, Pompei Ruins and Mt Vesuvius! It was a Great choice! Highly recommend it! Salvatore is outstanding, very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! Gerry’s Bar! Gets an A plus!

A stunning most stunning setting overlooking the Amalfi coast. The home was so well equipped and comfortable. Francesca and Roberto were wonderful hosts. They gave us directions for transportation … cooked the best raviolis ever! We attended Roberto’s cooking class on a balcony overlooking the water.. it was amazing! G
