The apartment was just as I expected

Location was excellent. The hotel is right on the beach. All the staff were excellent and exceeded expectations; Buffet staff accommodated my needs, the room was exceptionally cleaned by the house cleaning staff Steve, the bar tender Kombe was excellent. All employees exceeded expectations.

Big nice room, good shower, tasty dinner buffet (didn't try a la carte), beautiful hotel with great staff.

Lovely place in Shanzu, great pool, attentive staff and amazing views over the ocean , ask for a view. nice size room , good bathroom, excellent choice .

Newly renovated, exceptional facilities, great food and couldn’t fault the staff

1. The staff were amazing and professional. All my concerns were addressed immediately & their suggestions on places to visit were very helpful. 2. I had a wonderful 5-night stay that felt like home and I would definitely return. 3. Breakfast was included and the food was delicious with good portions. 4. The swimming pool was accessible 24 hours for adults, which was a great bonus. 5. The environment was quiet and peaceful, with no noise at all. 6. The hotel is less than a 5-minute walk to the beach (not beachfront) and is conveniently located along the main road with easy access to public transport.

the house n it's cleanliness

The location is excellent. Right in front of a nice stretch of beach. Lots of restaurants and bars in close proximity. The hotel itself has excellent food as well I thought. The pool is nice and has a swim up bar that you can eat and drink from. There is good wifi at the bar as well. The room was nice. Beds comfy, air conditioner worked well for beating the heat. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The fact that Ben could fix me on a short notice proved that he is a reliable host.. The place is in a nice quiet environment ideal for a leisure or business gate away.. the network was amazing that i was able to work while enjoying my stay.. the beach is just a couple of miles away but this place is worth it.

The apartment is spacious, very clean, nicely decorated and located right beside the pool. Everything you need is available. Rosey was so helpful and sweet.

The hotel was very quiet which is what I was looking for. I quiet place but was hoping for some liveliness which there were none.

Everything about Apartment was super. The Host - Dr. Maxwel - is very accommodative. Early check-in was granted seamlessly and last minute unexpected changes met graciously.

Loved the Pool and beach access -Next to a public beach so it does get crowded, but mostly very few people around

Had a beautiful garden, child friendly pool and the restaurant served really tasty food. Would highly recommend.
