The Sanctuary totally blew us away. The setting is so beautiful and peaceful. Boun, the Hotel manager was amazing and was always around if you had any questions. He even did the rounds after dinner, making time to get to know all the guests. The Bungalow was spacious, with a whirl pool bath in the rear garden area. We also had a lovely terrace with loungers overlooking the lake. Kayaking and watersports where available, the local village was a mere 20 minutes walk away if you like to experience some 'real life'. The hotel has a small but beautiful swimming pool, and the food at the pool bar and restaurant where amazing! All the staff were really friendly and helpful and the whole resort was immaculate. I would defintely recommend this place if you want a few days of peace and quiet without getting bored.
